A thought began to take root in Harsh's mind - there was a significant problem, and he believed that a great opportunity lay in addressing it. It was this realization that set him on the path to becoming an entrepreneur, after spending close to 14-15 years in the banking sector. With a deep conviction that the future of financial advisory was digital, Harsh, along with his co-founder Mayank Bajpai, embarked on a mission to bridge the gaps in traditional banking. Toprankers underwent a revamp and transformed into the largest platform for careers in law, management, arts, humanities, design, architecture, and more. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Toprankers faced the challenge of transitioning students from online to offline classrooms but managed to adapt and maintain revenue growth. The company has experienced significant growth, with 14x increase in events and revenue. Gaurav emphasizes the importance of being open to pivots and making changes in the path to achieve the vision of the company. He believes that taking pivots does not always require a completely new team and that communication and honesty with team members are crucial during such transitions.

A serendipitous incident involving audio signals from a car's electrical system led to the development of analytics for vehicles without built-in sensors. Qualcomm's grant through the Qualcomm Design in India Challenge provided a lifeline for Carnot during a challenging period, enabling them to explore partnerships and investment opportunities. Carnot chose to collaborate with Mahindra due to their belief in telematics as the future of the industry and the potential for distribution within Mahindra's vast ecosystem. Carnot's flagship product, Krishi's Market, is a GPS tracking device that brings transparency to the rental of tractors and helps differentiate between farmland and roads.
