(10:56 - 15:53) Delaware Community Advocacy Updates (Applicable to anyone interested in Delaware's current business environment for diverse-owned businesses) The Delaware State disparity study conducted by MGT Consulting was published on 3.29.2022. The New Castle County Disparity Study conducted by Keen Independent Research LLC was published in March of 2022. The Wilmington City Disparity Study conducted by Miller 3 Consultants was scheduled to be completed August of 2022 but does not seem to have been yet published.
