A Young Woman Changing Our World - Elizabeth Ramos!
My name is Elizabeth Ramos. I am an outdoor and nature lover that enjoys hiking, tea, travel, dancing, and blueberries! I am a social worker that works as a behavioral health clinician in a medical setting. I am a mental health consultant for medical providers and guide my patients in processing trauma, fears, and adjustment through crisis intervention and short term behavioral health interventions.
My goal and mission is to create a space for young females to build their awareness and action in developing and harnessing their emotional wellness through the connection to nature/soil and develop mindful practices when traveling and exploring their own city, country and the world. @traveling_xicana
