Exercising outdoors, or indoors, it's all great with Punjabi music
I received my certificate in Outdoor fitness today, hear about how that went and what Polly thinks of exercising outdoors. We have been making new videos and placing them onto YouTube, but had some technical issues with the microphone, which is why you can't hear me. I hope that's resolved from this week, and that next week's videos will include you being able to hear me talk. Hear from Nusrat about what it's like to make YouTube videos. I'm a huge believer in the power of music for making exercise motivating. Hear from Heleny about why Punjabi music is great to exercise to. This week I started my Pungra Club, and people exercised at the same time as me. Find out why being an Activator is like running a book club.

The Pungra@Home Activators Project
Pungra has received a grant to run a project to encourage more people to exercise from home, with a focus on South Asians. It will run from October to December 2020. This project will probably appeal to South Asian females primarily, but anyone is welcome to join the activations. In this podcast find out about what the project is, how it came about, why we need activators (and not excuses), how the project will benefit you, including learning Microsoft Teams. The project is perfect for anyone interested in eventually becoming a Pungra Group Exercise Instructor in the future, but you don't have to become an instructor to continue to be a fantastic activator. If you're thinking "I don't think I can become an activator, I am not good at doing Pungra", then you've got the wrong end of the stick. Pungra Activators do not need to be able to do the moves, and definitely not be able to instruct them. Instead, Activators are motivators and coordinators which you will achieve using technologies like WhatsApp or similar. Listen to the podcast, and then apply at
