204 Body Scan meditation with energy building and grounding
The actual meditation section is right about 10 minutes long. I take you through a basic body scan with energy building and then a grounding at the end. I would love to hear about your meditation experience.
Walking meditation
This meditation is a walking meditation. If you are moving you are using parts of your brain which will help you to free the rest of your mind to be present and aware. I keep trying different types of meditation hoping to help people find a form of meditation that works for them. Let me know what you like on IG @PurplePaisleyJen DM me. Feeling Your Intuition
A guided meditation where I walk you through your energies - we spend time feeling each region and sensing the energy. This one is a little different give it a try and see what you learn. Harnessing energy Basic Practice
I am back!! I have a little cold sorry for the raspy voice. We review meditation basics in the beginning then do a body scan and draw in energy. Spend time working with the energy in your body, then ground the energy and come back to your body. Great basic practice. I try to offer different cues for each of your senses to help you find what works for you. Please let me know which of the senses works best for you so I can continue to include it. Lughnasadh Journey 2019
Let's go on a journey to celebrate the season of Lughnasadh or Lammas (Aug 1). This is longer than our other adventures and make sure you have paper and pen to make notes after. You will meet a Deity and take a seasonal walk. Please let me know what you think of this meditation on the Face Book page @PurplePaisleyJen and IG too. I look forward to hearing from you. Below are some prompts to write about after the meditation - -BUT don't read them now wait until after the exercise.
- What was the grain you saw growing? How many crops did you see?
- How did it all smell? How did your skin feel?

Manifest Your Dream
A short meditation to help you manifest your dreams. Manifestation is a 2 part process the work you put in to achieve your goal and allowing the universe to deliver. In this meditation you feel the achievement of your goal which leads to being joyful and signalling to the universe that you are ready for this to be reality. Additional steps to manifestation raising your emotional vibration by being joyful and grateful. Believe you are deserving of your dream and that you can handle it - if you have doubt the universe senses that you are not ready. Remember you also have to do real work to achieve your goals (save money, apply for the job, go to the gym and actually workout) you get the idea. Enjoy this manifestation meditation.
