Author, speaker, vocalist and life coach, Juanita Rolle is a woman working in her purpose. As CEO and founder of Beautiful Inside and Out LLC and the BIO women's conference, Juanita has been poised to teach, train and coach women in the the Art of saying Yes to God  so that they can make a meaningful impact in the world using their gifts and talents. She has more recently offered her knowledge and expertise to women in the area of marital relationships with launching “The Wife Life Coach podcast”.  And is excited to be of service in an area that she says is underserved.   When she’s is not coaching or speaking, you can find her on stage with her family group, The Bomparts as seen on Nickelodeon’s Americas Most Musical family.  

When she’s not on stage, Juanita enjoys relishing new experiences and  exploring great adventures with her amazing husband Jasman and their 7 beautiful children.

In 2023 they have entered into a publishing and distribution agreement with Watershed Music Group as they continue to release new worship music that helps equip the Church. Additionally, David leads a weekly call with over 100 worship leaders, churches, Christian songwriters, and artists.Their mission is to awaken a fervent love for Jesus in the hearts of His people.Their passion is to write songs that were birthed in the Secret Place-to give language to God’s people to draw them deeper in their walk with Him. Julie is in recovery from addiction and has been clean and sober since April 8th 2011 but had a radical change in her life after an encounter with Jesus in 2021. She is currently pursuing her ministry license along with her husband, Andrew, and together they have a deep passion for helping other people find meaning and purpose in their lives and freedom from guilt and shame through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Jackie Brindle is passionate about encouraging others onward in their life and in faith!

Jackie is from Eastern PA and married for almost 15 years to her husband Grant. They have three wonderful children, Ava 15, Ella 12,  and Luke 6. Jackie is also an elementary school teacher and enjoys being involved in her community.

Among other things, she is a coffee lover, adventurer, creative, runner, writer, and a Jesus girl — through and through!

About two years ago, Jackie had started the BE INSPIRED and more BLOG. Shortly after, the world was in a pandemic and the words that were being written on the page was only the beginning of what God had in store for her! April 2022, God laid it on her heart, to start the BE ENCOURAGED podcast. Then, with the unwavering support and encouragement of her husband, she courageously took a leap of faith to create and host the BE ENCOURAGED Podcast.

Now, Jackie has recorded over 84 episodes with stories that threaded together stories like a quilt. Conversations and stories of courage, hope, inspiration, motivation, heartache, and healing.

It’s through these faith infused conversations and words of ENCOURAGEMENT that help us all on the good, and not so good days.

In this episode our guest Chad Lail shares how God worked through the ups and downs of life and lead him on a journey to pursue his childhood dream of becoming a pro wrestler. 

Chad Lail an American pro wrestler and evangelist, was born June 6, 1982 in Hickory North Carolina. Following high school Chad Served 4 years in the United States Marine Corp from 2002 to 2006. Soon after leaving the Marine Corp Chad followed his childhood dream into the Pro wrestling world. Traveling the world he made a name for himself signing with Impact wrestling from 2009 - 2015 and most recently WWE from 2017 - 2021. Chad currently resides in Mooresville NC with his wife Stacy and daughter Ava. Youth and Mens ministry is a passion the Lord has given Chad along with a Christian Podcast Wrestling For the Faith where he helps share the Gospel.

About David

In four seasons on Rocky Top, David Neville has guided Tennessee athletes to 39 All-America honors and four program records across sprints, hurdles and relays.

Prior to Tennessee, Neville served as head coach of the track & field program at Taylor University for three seasons. He produced 106 NAIA indoor and outdoor national championship qualifiers, while the Trojans broke 30 school records and earned 30 NAIA All-American honors.

"David brings a great amount experience from the collegiate to the international to the professional ranks and was instrumental in the rebirth of Taylor University's track and field program," director of track & field Beth Alford-Sullivan said. "We have worked hard to find the right person for this job and we feel that we have found a diamond in the rough and someone that will come in and join us on our continued drive to the top of podiums. His impact will be immediately felt."

Neville is native of Merrillville, Indiana, and an Indiana University graduate. He enjoyed a distinguished professional track a career that was highlighted by a gold medal for the United States in the men’s 4x400 and a bronze in the men’s 400 meters at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Neville also won gold in the 400 meters at the 2008 Indoor USA Championships and earned bronze in the 400 meters in at the 2006 USA Championships and the 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials.

Neville was a six-time Big Ten champion and five-time NCAA All-American for Indiana from 2004 through 2006. He set Indiana program records for the 200 meters, 400 meters, 4x400 and distance medley relay. He was also the 2004 Big Ten Freshman of the Year.

Neville decided to forgo his senior season at Indiana and signed a professional contact with Team Nike. He completed coursework and earned a degree in music education from Indiana in 2007.

Neville also served as the worship pastor and director of young adult ministries at Santa Clarita Christian Fellowship Church. Most recently, Neville served as Associate Pastor at Elevate City Church in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Neville and his wife, Arial, are parents to a daughter named Acaia and a son named David.

About Randy

Growing up in small-town Tennessee, Randy was raised in a middle-class, blue collar family, where work, extended family gatherings, and vacations were the norm. The divorce of his parents, when he was 12 years old, rocked his world and contributed to the formation of his view of the world and himself. Accepting Christ as Savior, at age 9, Randy grew into a more mature understanding of his faith and relationship with the Lord at age 17. At age 19, after making plans to pursue a degree in architecture, God changed his direction completely and Randy answered a call to ministry, proceeding to pursue a ministry education at Welch College. In those years of learning, growth and broadening of his view of the Church and the world, Randy sensed that mental health therapy would play an important role in his ministry work and enrolled at The College of William and Mary, where he earned a M.Ed. in Counseling. Randy has since seen God’s hand at work to lead him into and through many wonderful opportunities of ministry around the world. He has served in pastoral roles, serving youth, young adults and adults through preaching, teaching, counseling and evangelistic efforts. His skills of writing have been utilized to contribute to both published and non-published works of Bible study materials, small group curriculum, periodical articles and blogging. Randy’s gift of teaching has taken him across the United States, France, Canada, and to the country of the Philippines. Work with faith-based evangelistic humanitarian work has given him opportunities to touch lives in the Philippines and Honduras. His burden for battling against human trafficking has led him to work in the country of Thailand. Never imagining as a boy in east Tennessee, that these opportunities would have been possible for him, Randy is amazed to see the hand of God at work to do things above and beyond his imagination. Randy now lives just outside Nashville, TN, with his wife, Cindy, where they can be nearby their daughter, Emily, son-in-law, Caleb and 2 ½ year old granddaughter, Charlie. He currently serves as the Therapeutic Foster Care Program Director for the Mid-North Region of Tennessee. When he is not busy with his work, he enjoys spending time with his family, running and working out, and traveling as much

as possible.

In this episode Billy Ballenger shares his story of redemption and the hope he found in Jesus. 

Billy Ballenger’s personal story reads like a movie script, and there’s nothing he doesn’t share! He truly believes the greatest story anyone could ever tell is their testimony, just ask the over half million lives he’s already impacted though his songs and story.

Billy’s music is driven by his heart to create a song that speaks for those who can’t, and inspire those who can! He found his passion for music as a young boy growing up in Indiana. Yet as a child, he was troubled and bullied which led to bad decisions and bad outcomes. By eighteen Billy was already a young married father, but still chasing after the party life. Substance abuse, burglaries and violence led to a SWAT team raiding his home which ended with he and his wife being arrested. As a result, their baby girl was taken from them and they were both sentenced to six years in prison. While locked up, Billy made a decision to follow Jesus Christ and his life would be radically changed from that day forward! Billy and his wife were miraculously released early from prison and soon received full custody of their daughter!

Billy followed his heart and began pursuing his dream of becoming a recording artist.Since that day,God has led him around the globe with performances in the United States, China, Russia, Canada, worldwide television, and Christian music's largest annual tour Winter Jam, where his dream of arena tours and reaching tens of thousands for Christ became a reality! Billy is incredibly grateful for the friendships and collaboration he’s found touring with artist's like Building 429, Crowder, Andy Mineo, Passion, Hillsong Young and Free,Red, NewSong, and so many more. But Billy’s not done yet...in an effort to continue to impact everyone, everywhere he goes, he continues to accept opportunities to expand his outreach into every community he can. He co-founded a life-changing nonprofit called “Break the Grey, Inc.” Its mission is focused on one thing... to bring the hope of Jesus Christ to the lost and hurting through music and speaking!

In this episode Amanda shares with us the power of our personal story and the importance of us sharing our story with others.

Amanda is a podcast host, an author, a publisher, a speaker, an artist, a mother, a daughter, a friend (the list goes on), but her true passion and calling in life is her desire to tell God’s story. Amanda has always been a storyteller. When she was in high school, Amanda knew that she wanted to be a writer and a speaker, but Amanda also knew that she didn’t yet have a powerful story to share. She went to NYU anyway and studied in the Dramatic Writing Program believing that one day she would have a story worth telling and would then be prepared to tell it.

     Twenty years ago (many years after college), Amanda met Jesus, and everything changed! Her entire life was now a vehicle to tell the greatest story ever to be told, the story of redemption. She had been chosen, loved, set free from the ties that bound her for most of her life. The traumas and the trials, the pits and the mountain peaks, the valleys and the harvest fields all became fair game in sharing the love of God. She shares all of her story, the good, the bad, the messy, the broken, the places filled with shame, knowing that these are the places where she can truly connect with others who are struggling too. Often we like to appear to have it all together, but Amanda has found that being vulnerable, honest, and authentic about life and the challenges she faces is the best way to share.

     Although many have suggested that Amanda get a “Patreon” account or a “Buy me a coffee” app or find some way to monetize her podcast, she stays resolute to offer all of the time and work that it takes to produce her podcast to God to do with what He will. It is ministry, it is her offering to him. She empowers others by linking arms with people who follow their calling and shares their platforms and stories and gives a platform to those who don’t even have social media accounts but have a story to tell of God’s faithfulness and goodness during life’s difficult times.

    Gratitude is the lens Amanda chooses to look through. Every day she makes the choice to be grateful and to appreciate what she has been given and she encourages others to slow down and look around and do the same. In the introduction to her podcast, Amanda asks the old question, “Is your cup half empty or half full?”. But then she goes one step further to propose that a better question is, “What’s in your cup?” It is from that place, from a cup filled with gratitude that Amanda shares the joy and the wonder of the life that she has. She takes the time to stop and see all the good things around her and then shares them to remind those who are weary and feeling heavy that if they take the time to look, they will find a beautiful world around them as well. She declares that God is with us, loving us and desiring to carry our burdens. She desires that we all would stop and experience the beauty of His presence and be grateful.
