Purpose by Design is so excited to welcome Pastor Nick Kinn to our podcast - a dear family friend of Dr. Pamela's. He just got back from the Dominican Republic where he planted 3 churches - he thanks God what he is doing on the Earth today.

He is the lead pastor for 42 years at Living Word, was a mailman and shares his story of how he became a christian. He talks about how God placed people in his life and how people kept invoking God into his life. He was a drinking, swearing everyday man who gave his life to God, and his whole life changed. He is an evangelist who shares the word with anyone he can!

Pastor Nick shares that when he became a christian - his first wife left him, not when he was a drunk but after he became a christian. He talks about if you have grudges or unforgiveness, the Lord can’t use you efficiently. Pastor Nick explains how he got involved with Living Word - his sister showed him Pastor Lynn and from then it was history. In May of 1988, he went on staff after God opened a door. He has preached in 179 different countries…and is a true man of God.

He shares how he hit someone and woke up in jail wondering if he killed them (he did not). He talks about how God has in multiple instances - watched him and protected his life from gunpoint to being in the service. He talks about how he led someone to Christ while he was in Costa Rica over Facebook. God uses us in many ways.

Pastor Nick talks about the power of our words and how it is important we talk Godly to those around us and ourselves - as our words have power. He talks about how he will always give praise to the Lord, as he gave praise inadvertently to the devil for years. Pastor Nick did not let his circumstances sway him even when he had cancer - when his son was blind the Lord gave him sight. Pastor Nick shares plenty of stories that God is wanting to work and wanting to heal us.

Lastly, Pastor Nick does a powerful prayer and closes with an anointed prayer.
