Part 2: Today we are joined by Joe and Anne Rackley. Joe and Anne started the Collins Children's Home in 1977 out of their own home. It has since grown out of their home and into a 26 acre campus in Seneca, SC. In Part 1, Joe and Anne told their story and how Collins Home was started, and in Part 2 they share some stories and let us know how we can help Collins Home.
