This episode of QAcanna's Quality Forum continues with the 2nd part covering the hot topic: Product Liability Risk Control - Legal. For this episode of the QAcanna Forum, we will be joined by our friend and colleague Adam Dolan, Esq., partner and Co-Chair of the Cannabis and Hemp Law Group at Goldberg Segalla, LLP. He is a subject matter expert on product litigation and will help us understand the risk exposure cannabis related companies have within the current state of the industry, but more importantly, the inevitable risks in the near future.

Discussing the role and impact that QA takes part in protecting US and international cannabis companies from product liability risks.

Assuring to your customer that the quality of the product is commensurate to the cost and meets their performance expectations is fundamental in the promise of repeat business. During this session, we explore the basic roles of quality control and assurance to reduce liability risks during cultivation, processing and packaging. We will walk the attendees through risk assessment tools used by grower/processors and flush out mitigation plans. As we know each attendee represents a different role and company, we account for time to facilitate a discussion with participants if there are specific risks they would like to discuss on the call.
