Sesamin?

We now core apples and pears

On Ep. 2 Green or Red, Apple Is Brown, I advised that you not core apples or pear. I was talking about them as key ingredients in our Unchocolate signature. Ever since then, worried by the substance amygdalin present in apple and pear seeds, I've wanted to backtrack and advise to core. We now core. Do core until science tells us otherwise.

Today, Kabolobari Benakole gets behind the scenes of one of Queen of the Smooth's star recipes--Pear-Apple Unchocolate. He looks at the enzymatic browning that happens to both pear and apple when bruised, and, O how the blender bruises them, say crushes, pulverizes them.
