Pastoral Succession Plan
In this episode, the pastors address a question that was submitted to the inbox pertaining to pastoral succession plans. The question read as follows:
“How can a congregation/eldership set up a succession plan in the event of a tragedy where the main preaching pastor passes away or something similar? Often I see churches where the senior pastor is very loved and cherished and then he passes away and the congregation has no set plan of what to do. My thoughts especially go to examples where there’s a pastor with especially big shoes to fill like Al Martin or Walt Chsntry or something if you can somehow incorporate that."
