From the highs of spectacular scenery to the lows of rain, wind and achy knees, this is the story of a solo 55 year old woman walking the UK's longest walking trail though some of Britain's most stunning coastal scenery. Climbing the equivalent height of Everest four times, over 630 miles and only 56 days to complete the challenge.
