This episode airs on 5/30/2022. In the past few weeks, in the United States, we have suffered more gun violence and more hate violence; and we have come up upon important anniversaries and are approaching the birthdays of individuals who have been killed by racial hate. While none of this is new; the intensity of these moments seems to rise and fall like tidal waves. We find ourselves up in arms and rendered helpless or maybe hopeless all at once. I realize that nothing I can say to you fully honors the complex emotions or experiences of any of this.
What I can do is offer a space for honoring, breathing, and maybe coming home to ourselves - even if just a bit. This episode is offered as an opportunity for your healing, for your quiet, and for our collective ability to change the vibration of energy here in our society.
