A southern gentleman based in Atlanta, GA, he is the creator of the award-nominated fantasy comic book series Sorghum & Spear, an anthology-centered saga featuring African folklore and history to highlight a world of warrior women. Mr. Dedren Snead is an artist, computer scientist, a developer and more, who uses graphic novels, animation, gaming and augmented reality to ensure that marginalized voices and cultures see their authentic selves represented in popular media, art, and technology.
