In All Her Grace

Season 2: Episode 4 - Cancel Unpaid Internships.
This year is all about going where the money resides. I do not know whether to be upset about the fact that unpaid internships are still, "a thing" or to just be appalled at the fact that there is still conversation surrounding being a part of an unpaid internship setting. The last time I checked, inflation was at an all-time high and the cost of goods and services keep rising. In this case, whether you are a recent college grad, a full-time student, or maybe in your senior year of high school, it is important to know, that YOU have value and you should apply to internships that compensate for your willingness to learn and contribute to their organization with some kind of stipend. It is only fair. Let me know your thoughts! #EndUnpaidInternships

Season 2: Episode 3 - Gender Equality in the Workplace Ft. My Dear Friend - Shannon Malcolm.
We got right down into it with this episode and held nothing back. What can I say, we had a lot to share. As women in business, we can speak and attest to many scenarios the shaped and shifted our careers in ways that I'd say, molded us to be better working professionals at the end of the day. I'm so happy to have had Shannon on this episode with me, sharing her truth and dropping gems throughout the conversation. All of which were valuable to me and I'm sure to those who will listen in. A few technical glitches along the way, but all of which made for a POWERFUL episode. Thanks for listening!

Episode 9 - My Few of My Favorite Social Media Platforms & My New Found Inspiration.
Life is so short. Sometimes, we end up losing someone we love, much sooner than we expected. I lost a very special cousin of mine in a motor vehicle accident. His life, though short, had left an indelible and positive mark on my life. Sometimes, God teaches us through the loss. May Jaden's soul rest in peace. I will continue to make you proud and fulfill my purpose on this Earth. Thank you for your loving, lasting impression. I hope this episode inspires you and gives you the courage to do your best each day. No day is promised. You will also learn a lot about my favorite social media platforms and why I choose the platforms I do, to share!

Episode 7 - What's Really Going on in Marketing Departments?
Marketing roles have been blended a lot in this field. I think it's time we actually sit and differentiate what each role means and how each should be treated. In this episode, I talk about the disconnect between what is expected of those persons in this field versus, what their skillsets actually are. It's not all the time that we are able to fit roles, blend or assimilate to roles that do not match our expertise. I get into a little of what I've experienced in my world of marketing as an individual and I talk about how I've had to set realistic expectation for myself as well! #podcast #podcasts #podcasting #podcaster #podcastlife #podcasters #applepodcasts #newpodcast #blackpodcast #Jamaica #applepodcast #podcastinglife #podcasthost #businesspodcast #podcastmovement #blackpodcasts #spotifypodcast #googlepodcasts #itunespodcast #marketing

Episode 5 - The Great Resignation & A Happy New Year
Top of the new year to ya! Happy 2022! And cheers to all the new beginnings. Without further ado, we had to speak on the Great Resignation. Quite honestly, there's so much more than a lot that went into why and how this began. I hope this episode gives some insight on why this revolution of sorts was important and why some people have chosen this route. Wishing nothing but blessings to everyone this year!! Cheers.

Episode 4 - The Undoing | Unraveling From the Old You
Most of 2021, I paid the price of fitting a narrative, that didn't serve me. I wont say I was a different person, but I was definitely not comfortable with how life was turning out. I'm happy I unravelled from things and thoughts that no longer served me, and found peace in the process. Intentional practices can change every day life.

John 3 v. 2 - Our Purpose Is Calling | Stop Rejecting the Signs
I'd hope this episode inspires someone to stop for a second and reflect. Reflect on how far you've come and how far you see yourself going. I really have had to do a lot of introspection this year and I thank God for being able to guide me through this process. In this episode I share a little bit about the importance of removing the distractions to focus on your calling! You'd be surprised that this can put you light years ahead.

Episode 2 - In All Her Grace - "Boss Babe" What does this mean?
*Eep* Take a journey into my love-hate relationship with the term "boss-babe." Whether you fancy this term or not, this episode will give you some insight on my thoughts about the term. Women in business are often referred to as "boss-babes," but the me, I'd rather just be known as a boss, or simply, a woman in business. Share your thoughts with me. Lots of love and light to you all! Don't forget to live a grace-filled life.
