Let's talk food! Eating healthy does not look the same for everyone and does not mean dieting. Food should serve as fuel to sustain a healthy lifestyle. Autumn and Hannah will cover topics such as:

Recently Autumn took a Stanford Continuing Studies course called Strengths Based Leadership focusing on how to increase impact in your day to day life. In this course, one of the main focuses was assessing strengths based on the CliftonStrengths Finder assessment which is focusing on measuring and sorting your talents. Additionally, this report helps individuals focus on achieving goals at work and in relationships.
