RC43: What is Accessing Consciousness and How Can It Help Neurodiversity with Diva Diaz
We live in a world that uses labels to distinguish differences so we can understand what is often a complex world with so many unknowns. This can often lead us to not want to stand out for the fear of being labelled as different and sometimes even ostracised by friends, family, peers, and society at large. This is particularly true for certain backgrounds of society and those who interact with the world in perceived unconventional ways.
Oftentimes, this leads people to hide their behaviours and true selves to appear “normal” and feel accepted by society when in reality we are all different and our differences need to be nurtured and celebrated if we are to create a more conscious and better world.
In this episode, we are joined by coach, speaker, and author, Diva Diaz who was diagnosed with high-functioning autism in adulthood and has learned to not only accept her neurodiversity but allow it to work for her through using the Access Consciousness X-Men program and its revolutionary set of tools that has changed her life. Today, she shares these tools with individuals, parents, and teachers, and shares them with us on Raising Consciousness!

RC42: What Are Your Real Values with Dr. John Demartini
Many self-development, personal growth, and mindset gurus, leaders and so-called experts share ideas and use imperative language like, ‘You must wake up at 5 am’ or ‘You should exercise in the morning before the family wakes up' or 'You must read 50 pages per day' without understanding that no two individuals are exactly the same and that these well-intention ideas are to be personalised to us all.
In this episode, we're joined by Dr. John Demartini who has researched and dived into the science behind why this will only set you up for failure. Dr. Demartini shares how this approach tries to inject other people’s values and priorities into your life and is present throughout every area of your life. The key is learning to navigate it and unlock your greatest potential by living your own REAL personal values.
We discuss how people can benefit from knowing their values, how to discover what they are and learn to live by them.

RC41: Leadership, Navigating Relationships, and Positivity with Jonathan Darling
Whether we consciously recognise it or not we are all leaders in our own right because before we can lead others we first learn to lead ourselves. Yet, we mistake leadership for being a particular role, position, or title and while we take on these roles they by themselves don't make us a leader. A leader has very little to do with the titles we associate with leadership and has everything to do with how you show up and the way you positively influence people.
In this episode, the love and leadership guy, Jonathan Darling join us as we have a fascinating conversation on the essence of leadership and how this helps us to lead with love, navigate relationships, and show up as our highest selves. We discuss the role self-care plays, why it's important to consciously choose where you invest your time and energy, and how positivity and optimism will always "win" in the end.

RC39: What is Happy Money with Ken Honda
Most of us grow up lacking the financial education and wealth creation knowledge to achieve our financial freedom let alone thinking it's even possible for us. We grow up with a damaged relationship with money and form unhelpful, limiting beliefs such as money doesn't grow on trees. We associate money with survival and while we say we want more, often aren't seeking out the opportunities that would bring more financial abundance into our lives.
We have what is known as 'unhappy money' as we buy things we don't need by doing work that we don't like only to look like we're successful and making our way in the world. This way of living is detrimental to our long-term health, happiness, and fulfilment. It causes chronic stress, anxiety, and worry and is not what life is about.
So, what can we do about it? How can we go from having a damaged and unhelpful relationship with money to a healthy and prosperous relationship with money that helps us to thrive?
In this episode, we welcome money and happiness expert Ken Honda who shares the concept of 'happy money' and how it is possible for anyone, no matter their current financial status, to live with more ease in their relationship with money. Ken is also a best-selling self-development author in Japan, with book sales surpassing eight million copies since 2001. RC34: Effective Education In An Outdated Education System with Elena Calita
The education system in one way or another has failed us all as it doesn't prepare us for going out into the big wide world. We don't learn financial planning, effective communication, active listening, and a countless list of skills, qualities, and traits that would enable us to navigate the world better and become a better version of ourselves.
Instead, we have to consciously choose to take it upon ourselves. However, only a few of us do because, for the most of us, we don't know what we don't know and stay living within the paradigm that has been set for us.
To live longer healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives forming our own path is something that we are to undertake and is one reason why this podcast exists. Alongside that, I'm passionate about changing society and challenging social norms so that future generations can live in a more conscious world for the betterment of humanity.
In this episode, we're joined by Elena Calita who is an Educator and Leadership Trainer as we discuss the outdated education system and what she is doing about it. Elena works with educators and the next generation to develop their skills, life and vision for the future so that they create the type of world they want to live in the world. Elena is doing amazing work with her local colleges introducing effective education into an outdated system.

RC32: The Life Of An Athlete with Joel Green
I've often wondered what life is like as a professional athlete. Maybe that’s because growing up my fantasy was to be a football player or because I intuitively know that sports, much like business isn't what it's all cracked up to be on the outside and that there is a lot that goes into it, especially at the highest level.
In this episode, we're joined by Joel Green who is the CEO of Pro Level Training, the National Director of Nike Sports Camps, a former professional basketball player, and a renowned motivational speaker. After retiring from his career in professional basketball, Joel Green founded Pro Level Training (PLT), which has become a 7-figure company. In addition to running PLT, Green is also the National Director for Nike Sports Camps as well as an accomplished speaker.
Joel’s unique differentiator in business and as an individual is his ability to see life objectively from multiple viewpoints. Unfortunate circumstances as a youth helped to groom and refine Joel into adulthood. Growing up in an abandoned home and seeing both sides of life has really helped him to connect with people over time.
A thought leader in the motivational category, Joel Green has a B.A. in Psychology from Rider University, which has helped to fuel his ambition to inspire others. He has developed a reputation for personal excellence and motivational talks that contribute tangible advice for attaining desired goals. Many of the messages he has delivered are conveyed in his first book, Filtering: The Way to Extract Strength from the Struggle.
In this episode, we discuss Joel's journey to date including the life of a professional athlete, what people on the outside don't see, and touch upon his first book which has helped inspire thousands around the globe.

RC31: The Power of Hypnosis And Why It'll Change Your Life with Max Hindle
If you're like me you may have grown up with negative connotations of hypnosis, what it is, and why you need to be wary. However, as discussed in this episode, nothing in the universe is "good" or "bad" rather than just the meaning that we give it.
In this episode, I'm joined by Hypnotherapist and Author Max Hindle who helps men build a monk-like mind so that they can step into their full potential. During this episode, we cover the power of hypnosis, why it's only a state of mind that we can all access and why it'll change your life. RC29: Unlocking Intuition And The Buddha And Badass Within with Rohan Vijay
What does it mean to unlock your intuition and the Buddha and badass within? What even is meant by "the Buddha and the badass"? Well, that is what we explore in this episode as I'm joined by my good friend Rohan Vijay to discuss all. One month before this episode, I had a catch-up call with Rohan where we were discussing the topics shared in today's episode, and I instantly thought that our conversation would make a good podcast episode. So, I asked Rohan if he would join me on an episode of Raising Consciousness, and this episode was born.
Rohan, whom I met through MindValley was a University Student. But, after spending the majority of his time during his early 20s in a state of chronic anxiety and insecurity, a glimpse of pure awareness changed the course of his life. Ever since that moment, he's been on a journey of personal transformation, introspection and spirituality. Rohan's passion is to explore the depths of human consciousness and how the state of "Being" has the potential to change people’s lives.

RC28: The Power of Short Movement Breaks and Breathwork for Well-Being with David Florence
Are you breathing properly? It might sound like a weird question but a valid one for your health, longevity, and quality of life. You see, many people breathe through their mouth which means they hyperventilate and this is bad for sleep quality, and stress levels and harms your overall health.
Breathwork is the number one practice to help us retrain how we breathe so we can experience a much higher quality of life. In this episode, I'm joined by David Florence who is a well-being consultant and specialises in breathwork techniques such as the Wim Hof Method and SOMA Breath which both use Pranayama an ancient practice we can use to increase our health and longevity.
Alongside this, David uses a toolbox of natural methods that quell anxiety, dial down the stress response, encourage ‘Flow State’ moments & strengthen both mind & body some of which we dive into during this episode.

RC27: What's Happened to America with Philip Gimson
The democratic and political systems of the West in particular have been turned upside down over the past 5 years with there being more anger, frustration, and toxicity than ever before. We just have to take a look at what has happened in the United States of America; the most powerful country of them all.
In this episode, we're going a little off-script as we dive into this subject to inspire people to take back their power, instead of giving it away to politicians, or the establishment and to bring people together despite their different views and opinions for this is what makes society. We can all co-exist and thrive despite our varied views and opinions if we get back to what it means to be human.
We dive into this subject with Philip J. Gimson who is an Author and former Journalist. Philip has spent much of his life working in public relations and recruiting. "Stop Pretending America! An Outsider's Guide to Healing the Sickness on the Inside in Elections and the Media" is his first non-fiction book. Additionally, Philip wrote a novel, "Paper Story," published in the early 1990s. He has also written three unpublished screenplays and an abandoned second novel and with some time to reflect upon that experience, he realised that it was all part of creative growth.
A native of New Jersey he now makes his home in Pennsylvania and is an ardent advocate of the need to preserve American democracy. For the past three years, he has regularly devoted his time to career and interview coaching of active and retired military and their spouses seeking to transition into the private sector through Candorful.org, a non-profit organisation. He served for 5 years on the board of trustees of the New Jersey Chapter of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation and served one year as that organisation’s co-chairman/president.

RC17: A 3-Step Model To Aid Your Growth and Unfoldment: Feedback, Learn and Grow
Think about it, every action we take in the world has an effect. This is the Universal Law of Cause and Effect and with this in mind when we take an action the effect (or result/outcome) is either what we wanted and desired, or not what we wanted and desired. So many of us including myself judge ourselves, labelling the effect as good or bad, and attaching it to our identity.
And, I don't know about you but I don't find this very helpful and believe that there is a better way if we want to live more meaningful, fulfilling, conscious lives to become a better version of ourselves. One of the first understandings to form is that there is NO good or bad outcome and we must move away from labelling outcomes as good or bad.
Instead, view them as an opportunity to receive feedback that we can use to learn and grow from. In this episode, I walk you through a 3-step model to receiving feedback that will aid in your learning, growth and unfoldment.
