Raising Conflict "Resolvers"
Let's talk about how to set our children up to be able to resolve their own conflicts. After all, it's not our job to fix things for them. Though it may be our first instinct to jump right in, I'm sharing 3 steps to help you help them. Rather than to coming to their rescue, teach them to come to their own rescue. They'll be so much more prepared for conflict as adults!
Supporting Your Child's Passion
No matter how talented we are, our children sometimes take an interest in something we're simply not good at or know nothing about. Let's chat about ways we can support our kiddos, despite not understanding their interests or having expertise to share with them.
In this episode, I mention Outschool -- a great place to allow your children to explore their interests at an affordable rate. Click here for $20 off your first Outschool class! Have a passion you'd like to share? Become an Outschool teacher!
