Nathan is an instructor out of Toronto BJJ who has competed and even medaled in most of the major tournaments.

Ramie talks to his oldest brother Ahmed, who is hasn’t aged since he turned 39. In this episode they talk about how martial arts shaped them in all aspect of their lives.
Ramie and Ahmed learned how to fight together, and that was through Ahmed’s experience in Tae Kwan Do, their shared experience in boxing, jiu jitsu, wrestling and Muay Thai.
