You know what's dope about the internet?  

That you can reach out and have conversations with people who are doing good things.  

I came across some of Edward's rope flow videos and went into the rabbit hole of his content.

So of course, as I typically do, I asked him if he'd be down to come on the pod show.  

We cover a number of things including his journey in fitness, in life, the benefits of rope flow, why it works, and more.  

The world needs better conversations.  And this is one of them.

Knowing and understanding only comes from application. Things like the Food Enjoyment Matrix may “make sense” in your head but true knowing comes from doing. I have been thinking about what was the actual path I took to get here. Becuase when we’re good at something, we forget what it was like to be that beginner.

How you measure your day determines success or failure. Most people judge by “did I follow the plan perfectly” but that’s not helpful. Each day presents many obstacles that could prevent following the plan perfectly. Instead, if you change your measuring to “how well did I adapt to each circumstance”, you are ALWAYS closing the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
