Chile !! It's been a long week!! Have you ever felt like you are never doing enough to chase your goals? Do you ever feel overwhelmed by what's next you get stuck in a rut? Well, come on in!! As your girl talks anxiety, the feeling of never being enough, and using the past as a tool to move into what's next!

Whew Fam!!!! It's a wrap-on struggle  2020 thank God, and 2021 is here with the promises of new hope, new goals, a new beginning and all that good jazz! But does a new year mean everything started on a clean slate and our minds are erased from everything that happened the previous year? does a new year mean no more struggles in our lives? How can we ride the waves realistically?? come on in and let's chit chat! Blessings!

I woke up at 7.46 am for this yall so you know its about to go down.....The Church is a place filled with broken and imperfect people, and we hurt each other. Where do we go from here?
