Whether you are a diehard fan or haven’t seen the films at all, there is something here for everyone as the conversation covers: the mythological impact of Joseph Campbell’s work on the Star Wars series, how the series changed the merchandizing game forever, the global impact of Star Wars a whole, the special effects revolution that it launched and so much more!

If you're a regular listener of Ready 2 Retro, you probably anticipated this review coming eventually. Well eventually is now! It's re-diculous" (actual quote from the movie). So dust off your puka shell necklace, open up a can of Surge and get ready for some "killer dismounts"!
Episode 47: "King Kong vs. Godzilla" (1963) with Rudy from The Ghoul Mates Podcast
With the recent release of Godzilla vs Kong (2021) it was only right that Ready 2 Retro reviewed the original encounter of these two iconic monsters. In order to do this properly, we asked an expert to the Godzilla universe and buddy of R2R, Rudy from The Ghoul Mates Podcast, to help us review 1963's "King Kong vs. Godzilla"! Join us as we go through the plot and shenanigans of this hilariously awesome movie!
Episode 46: The 25th Anniversary of "Happy Gilmore" (1996) with Joey from Ninja Toitles

This and so much more!
