Originally, I'd scheduled the time to talk with Tammy Sorrento, the founder and owner of Fireball Approves, but she had to cancel at the last minute so her co-founder (and I believe brother) stepped in.

Tammy Sorrento is an insurance professional - working in the field for the past 20 years. She started off as an insurance agent and transferred to claims. She served on the Jacksonville Claims Association as President and Treasurer. Tammy is also a notary. Her experience includes mediation and trial management. Compliance and regulatory reporting. In this, our first episode I talk with Clarene Mitchell of TCM Communications about where she's been, where she's at now, and where's she would like to be headed. We dive into some of the nuts and bolts of her business and I offer some thoughts on how to kickstart progress.

Clarene Mitchell is the owner of TCM Communication, a communications firm in Mequon, WI dedicated to helping success driven professionals and business advance their brands. Much of her work focuses on helping others effectively use social media, especially LinkedIn, to generate professional and business results. Mitchell provides one-on-one social media coaching, facilitates workshops and speaks at events. She holds a B.A. in Interpersonal Communications from Cardinal Stritch University (1993) and successful completed the University’s African American Leadership Program in 2016. In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavor, Clarene is an accomplished print journalist and public relations professional. For more than 20 years she has worked to craft the image of community-based organizations and advance issues of importance. She is respected in the community for her engaging presence and commitment to her work. Clarene is also a regular Community Affairs contributor on “IN THE KNOW” Radio Magazine Show, a nationally syndicated radio show based out of Nashville, TN.
