ROMANS: Week 15

Romans is Paul's longest and most influential letter. In it, he tells us about God, who He is and what He has done. It tells us of Jesus Christ, what His death accomplished. It tells us about ourselves, what we were like without Christ and who we are after trusting in Christ.
Paul's letter explains the gospel in full detail and applies its principles to the day-to-day lives of believers in the competitive, complex, and often dangerous capital of the Roman Empire. Each week we will do an exegetical study of Paul's message to the Romans and learn how to apply God's timeless Word to our lives today.

LUKE: Week 3

With all the energy that surrounds the Christmas season, it can be easy to miss the true reason of why Jesus was born in a manger. The moment Jesus was born, everything changed! At that moment, God kept a promise He made to His people nearly 2 millennia earlier. God was now with us in the flesh and His divine purpose was to give us the chance to be known, accepted, and forgiven. Join us in December as we study through the narrative of Jesus’ birth as recorded by Luke, and worship and celebrate “the Savior who has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord."

Biblical doctrine is something that we take very seriously in our church. Doctrine refers to the sacred beliefs that we hold as absolute truth in the Christian faith. Biblical doctrine teaches us the nature and the character of God, the path of salvation through faith, and instructions for the church. When we accept the Bible as God’s Word to us, we have a solid foundation for our doctrine. In this series we will take each of our core beliefs and explain through scripture why it is we believe what we believe.

Paul's Final Words - 6.25

Paul's Final Words - 6.25

Elder Mike Bronsky dives deep into 2 Timothy 4:5-8 this week!

If you knew your time on earth was drawing close and you had one last opportunity to share your final words with those who were closest to you, what would you say? What would you make sure they knew? What would you make sure they carried on?

In Paul’s final letter, he chose to write to his adopted son, Timothy, to share with him what mattered most to Paul and what should matter most to all of us…the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

2 Timothy 4:5-8 NLT says, "But you should keep a clear mind in every situation. Don’t be afraid of suffering for the Lord. Work at telling others the Good News, and fully carry out the ministry God has given you. As for me, my life has already been poured out as an offering to God. The time of my death is near. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, and I have remained faithful. And now the prize awaits me—the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give me on the day of his return. And the prize is not just for me but for all who eagerly look forward to his appearing."

Join us again next week as we finish up this series!
