A conversation with Daniel and Matt (Principal of the College). Daniel shares his story of recovery and why the Recovery and Wellbeing College has been crucial to this.

"As far as I'm concerned it's nice to be able to have the opportunity to do this and share my experience of the recovery college and what impact it's had on my life because it's literally changed the direction of my life and how I view myself and feel about myself. It's been a long journey but I'm very grateful for it and I'd just like to share my experiences."

"There'll be a lot of you out there who perhaps kind of feel lost and don't know where you're going or you have no direction are you looking for some guidance and some support well I can tell you first hand that the Recovery  College is certainly the place to go!"

"The Recovery college is a safe place it's a place of challenge and learning and progression but it's also a place of empathy and compassion you do that journey with other people"
