On today's show, we are talking to Teri. Similar to other guests we've had on the show, Teri has dealt with sever tragedy and battled alcoholism throughout most of her adult life. Today she is over 6 months sober and loving her newfound life in sobriety. She has made amends with her family and is doing great. Teri went through rehab and found sobriety there and in Alcoholics Anonymous. She provides us with some truly powerful real life strategies for getting and staying sober.

Today we are talking to Jennifer, who has had a rough go of it as a young lady, and is now fighting back and gaining control over he addiction to alcohol. Jennifer is a single mom living outside of Ottawa, Canada. She is nearly ten weeks sober and is about to complete a ten-week rehab program at a Salvation Army rehab center in Toronto.
