Welcome to the Recovery Revolution. This is unlike any recovery podcast you will ever experience.
This is NEXT LEVEL recovery transformation featuring the most influential minds in addiction, recovery, sobriety, mindset and entrepreneurship. We are transforming the stereotypical mundane process of recovery into one of finding your own personal path to empowerment. This podcast will revolutionize the way you look, feel and talk about recovery.
Welcome to another episode of Recovery Revolution (formerly The SHAIR Podcast)! Today we have Liz Rockwood. She was introduced to the show by one of our most impactful guests, Ken Rivord, and has since become an obsessed listener. Liz is also a member of the SRC and super active in the SHAIR Sobriety network.
Liz’s love affair with alcohol started with her first bottle of Zima. Her drinking kept getting progressively and dangerously worse. She suffered depression, abuse, divorce, and 5 DUIs. Bad stuff just kept happening to her and she took no responsibility for her life.
Since she found sobriety, Liz has transformed herself into a new person and sets an example of all the different pathways addicts and alcoholics can use to create a strong foundation of recovery.

Listen to his battle with drugs and alcohol as well as overcoming paralyzing, self-limiting beliefs that were holding him back in life.
Melanie Williams is an adventure blogger who posts audio and blog versions of her experiences entitled A Hundred Days in Mexico. From a comfy corporate job, to owning a yoga studio, Melanie’s life is now all about surfing and writing. She shares her past pain and how following her heart’s desire lead to a life of self-acceptance and joy.
Here’s a summary of what you can expect!
What was supposed to be a vacation in a resort town, turned into a journey from which I have not yet returned. What I have encountered on the road is changing my life forever. Run-ins with the cartel, waves the size of houses, earthquakes in the dead of night, broken bones, Latin men, scorpions in my bed and chewing on fish eyeballs were all just the beginning. Ready to go on a road trip? Strap in. Let’s do this!

So many SHAIR listeners are struggling with chronic pain and back problems. The traditional solution is opiates, which are killing people. Today we have Fred Amir on the show. He is the founder and president of Health Solutions and the author of Rapid Recovery from Back and Neck Pain: A Nine-Step Recovery Plan.
Fred endured his own experience with crippling back pain and discovered that doctors had no answers for him. In his search for a cure for back pain, he found out that 85% of back pain can’t be diagnosed. He also discovered that out of 10,000 back surgeries, only 1% are successful. It seems hopeless for back pain sufferers, but Fred has developed a process to cure back pain without drugs. Join us as Fred Amir walks us through his Rapid Recovery plan!
