In life we can become fatigued. It's in the sweet ease that we can formulate a list that makes everything a little more okay. We have to listen to our bodies for its own syncopation and rhythm so we too can get in the flow!

In life, we hold on to the things we so desperately need to let go of. When we allow our souls to give it over to God, we communicate to Him and our beings that we trust wholeheartedly. Well, how about you dwell in trust and have a sweet release today!

In life we find that we all go through "shifts." These shifts propel our focus or gaze into new things. The Bible says "seek ye first the kingdom of God and all His richeousness and all these things shall be added unto you." Shifts happen, but they don't have to happen to you!

Welcome back to season two with tidbits of sensational morsels meant for your mouth! Sweet morsels are packed full and can be just that, a mouthful sometimes. Just like life! As we move along we find that life can be plain old stinky at times, but when we forged on, we will always see that the end of a thing is far better than it's beginning!

As we step into a New Year it's befitting to set our intentions and be resolute about our endeavors. My son A'zzuri is on to tell us about the way he uses the power of manifestation to call those things that were into alignment. Just like God, our thoughts become things. When we come before Him with childlike faith and continue to press on we can be met with the expressed grade point average disseminated by our spiritual teacher. Don't you worry and don't you fret God is not done with you yet, this is only the beginning! As our first season comes to a close, I'll meet you back here this time next year in March of 2022 for season two. Have the Happiest New Year and manifest something mmm mmm good today!!

While searching down an aisle for a particular brand of candy or sweet, you never know in life who you will meet. You never really know how your chance meeting will leave a lasting impact. It's all in the way your pour from your heart that helps aid in another's start and/or finish because you met. As we travel along life and take part in the bits of inspiration that come along, we get to share in someone else's view in hopes they get to be a line in another person's heart story too.

There are times when we all just need "a Sweet Retreat." It could be the full week, traffic overload, or the missing of center within self. Whatever it may be taking a "Sweet Retreat" can be as simple as sitting in peace, going on a nature walk, or sitting one with spirit while meditating. The body and soul crave it, but it's the internal being who desires the Son soaked love we recieve. I challenge you today to go on your own personal "Sweet Retreat" and keep self-love in the forefront of your mind!

There are times when we try to make a transactions financially, spiritually, and professionally. In those times we think our funds have transfered, but in many cases they haven't fully. We then have work to input the proper data, details, and do the necessary work to allow the deliverance for the sweet transfer to wash over us. Investing in yourself and the generations to come means you have to keep pressing until the transfer is done. Why? Because it's the process that leads to the transacted transfer that is oh so sweet!

Thanksgiving is a time where many families face one or two shifts. Either there is a true and healthy bond or their is heartbreak masked and swept under the table. Let's get the individual and family back to being healthy with the power of I Am. My oldest son A'zyian and I explore the effects and the productivity of adding these statements into the integral parts of your day to make conscious and unconscious change. So thar the only stuffing that comes falling out is in the turkey and is umm umm good.

Hey there sweet stuff! You as a human being already have all the sweet stuff you need lying inside of you. It's time you let it ooze out of you and find your very own heart posture my dear so that you can stop living in a false senseof fear. It's time you believe in you and you let go of any and all abuse ( abnormal use), trauma, and any lasting effects that have tormented you right here and right now. Today is a bonus, because we're taking a mental health day! We're reflecting on our own mental health and looking ourselves in the mirror just as a friend would and saying all we've been holding in, I believe you. Why? Because you do and it's time you tell you so you can let those self-defeating thoughts be removed and let all the sweet stuff ooze out!

Interventions can be medical and personal. Many times we have to let go of the "dis" in disease so we may have ease! Because of this the inner-me will fight the enemy within, but the moment you choose to get the help you need you begin taking ownership of your stuff and start letting go so you can let the good get out. I say, why not make it a sweet one? Find what you internally need and put some sweet on your internal intervention today!

In a world that is busy moving and buzzing we all just need a sweet escape. We find ourselves on vacations and staycations with those we love which is fun, full of love, and joyous. We though need these sweet escapes into self. Sometimes we get the luxury to travel on our own and then there are times when the bathroom, bedroom, and car can be where we retreat but ultimately that sweet escape no matter where we are takes place within!

Life can be bittersweet. Why dwell on the mundane when we can allow God to put some sweet on our bitter. If you've been feeling like life is trying to knock you down, push you out, or you just feel plain old bitter... let God add the sweet. Keep the bitter away, by making way for the sweeter!
