Dror was kind enough to chat with me about his past and how he came to find Lumen. Dror served in the Israeli military, and talks about how that ultimately strengthened his character and increased his self confidence. He studied business and entrepreneurship and started a company that, at first, nobody was interested in. As he learned more about the rampant health problems in society, he became very passionate about general wellbeing and somewhere down the road, Lumen became known to us all. Meryl Davis is an American ice dancer whom many of you likely recognize from the numerous accolades she's accrued over the past 10+ years with her partner Charlie White. Davis and White teamed up in 1997 and they are currently the longest lasting dance team in the United States. They are the 2014 Olympic champions, the 2010 Olympic silver medalists, two-time World champions, and six-time U.S. national champions. (And that's just to name a few). She now attends the University of Michigan, where she is majoring in cultural anthropology, and studying Italian. Meryl is also a part of UNICEF Kid Power as a brand ambassador. Today I sit down with Amber Balcaen, who is a third generation race car driver from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Amber has earned many accolades since first starting her career in racing, and in 2016, Amber made Canadian history when she became the 1st Canadian female to win a NASCAR Sanctioned race in the USA. Along with racing, Amber also has a large platform on social media and chats with me about how she got where she is today. At only 25 years of age, Amber is one of motorsport’s largest female influencers – Inspiring and motivating others to pursue their dreams, break stereotypes, and have a positive impact on society. Leslie Mosier was working on music row at a recording company in Nashville, Tennessee when she decided to download instagram for the first time. She quickly found that people were infatuated with photos of animals and decided to make an account for her pug, Doug. After posting a video and having it get over 20 million views in one night, Leslie decided to pursue social media and focus fully on her dog's account. Many of you might know this account, which is famously know as 'Doug the Pug'. Now, Leslie works full time with her husband, Rob Chianelli, to manage Doug the Pug. His story is unlike most, where his life was followed at a very personal level and broadcasted to millions of American's. Many of you might know which show I'm talking about; The Bachelorette. Shawn walks me through the up's and downs of it all, and how it's led him to now owning his own fitness company, Boothcamp. Shawn leads classes at his gym in Nashville, as well as around the nation. I get asked all the time about what it's like to be competing against someone in the NFL, when the reality is, you're taking their job, or they're taking yours. Last December, 10 year NFL vet Nick Sundberg, got hurt and the Redskins brought me in to finish the season in his place. Today I have a really exciting episode for you guys. As many of you might know, Shawn and I are about to be parents and we have been doing everything we can to prep for baby East's arrival. Sitting down with Emily Oster was probably one of the best decisions I've made so far. Emily Oster got her doctorate from Harvard University and is now a professor at Brown, where she teaches Economics. Emily has written two books, "Cribsheet" and "Expecting Better" that analyze studies about pregnancy and raising kids to see what might and might not be true. While sitting down with Emily, I was finally able to relax a bit as I learned that there is no one way to approach parenting. Tune in to hear about Emily's findings in the wide world of parenting.

Eric played in the NFL and was an absolute superstar for 8 seasons before hanging up his cleats for good. He was drafted in the 3rd round and was able to play in the Super Bowl during his career. What an unbelievable conversation I have for you guys today. It was my pleasure to sit down and talk with Kathryn Morgan and speak about her journey with ballet and the many challenges she faced. Kathryn was at the peak of her career, she performed in one of the most successful shows in the ballet business. Unfortunately, she learned of a very serious thyroid issue that forced her to take a break from ballet. After taking some time to heal, Kathryn slowly began to build an online following that encouraged her to begin doing ballet again. Kathryn is now back doing ballet and absolutely crushing it - she performs with the Miami Ballet program, one of the top in the business. When I first met Dr. Jen Esquer, she was fresh out of PT school and at a fork in the road; Jen was struggling to find what practice she wanted to work at. She slowly began to notice that people on Instagram were seriously interested in learning and applying her mobility techniques and practices to their own life. Today, Jen offers her own variety of programs online where her following swears by her techniques on a daily basis. From being an Olympic Gymnast in the 2012 Olympics and winning a gold in team competition, to becoming a head coach in the NCAA, Jordyn Wieber has had quite the journey. Post Olympics, Jordyn decided to enrolled at UCLA to study psychology, where she also volunteered as an assistant coach for the gymnastics team. Jordyn was recently named head coach for the Arkansas Razorbacks gymnastics program, becoming the youngest at this level, at only 23 years old. Here, Jordyn speaks with me about her journey and the steps she took to get where she is today.

In December of 2005, Noah Galloway was delivered the unthinkable news that he had lost his left arm and leg after an explosive device attack in Iraq. After spending much of his time the following year in recovery, Noah spiraled down a very dark path of depression and was more withdrawn than ever. Noah has since turned his life around entirely.
