"I'm not sure if therapy is the right path for me."

The environment we live in is packed with stressors and each of us finds a different way to cope. Therapy can be a major step in the direction of self-care, but the idea of it is normally met with preconceived notions. That it's expensive, might not offer a helpful perspective, takes far too long to 'work', and is for those who are mentally 'ill'.

In this episode, host Preethi unpacks this thought with Stuti Ashok Gupta, Principal - Brand and Vision at Amrutam and a practicing psychotherapist. Why is mental wellness important? Is therapy right for you? What can one expect?
