Craig M. Chavis Jr. is an author and coach on a mission to help entrepreneurs find their purpose. He is Owner & Principal Coach of Cre8ive Craig LLC, and the author of Burdens of a Dream. Craig is a serial entrepreneur, Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, former division-1 collegiate athlete, and received his BSBA from Samford University and MBA from the University of Tampa. Craig is also a super foodie, world traveler, and lifelong learner. Craig currently resides in Columbus, OH.

Kirstyn Nimmo is an award-winning Social Impact Strategist with 12+ years experience building disruptive, culture-shifting campaigns. She is the founder of GOOD WORX, a Social Innovation Consultancy, and is actively leading clients including Verizon Media in developing allyship and anti-racism focused initiatives. 


Kirstyn is the architect behind the White House-recognized #IAmAMan campaign for criminal justice reform, the Purina partnership that opened NYC's first pet-friendly domestic violence shelters, and The Rockefeller Foundation’s maternal mortality #WithoutMom campaign endorsed by Hillary Clinton, Bill Gates, Planned Parenthood, Vox and more.  


She is committed to driving equity and opportunity among marginalized communities by custom building strategies rooted in authenticity, insight and culture. Kirstyn is a 2016 Shorty Social Good Award winner and a 2008 graduate of American University's Kogod School of Business.

Michele Heyward is founder and CEO of PositiveHire, a tech company engineered to bridge the gap between enterprises and underrepresented women in STEM. Michele is an experienced project manager in the energy sector armed with technical sales and technology transfer experience. Michele’s vision is to not only help black, Latina and indigenous women in STEM find inclusive workplaces, but to prepare enterprises to receive them, and help those enterprises recruit them. 


Michele has a B.S. degree in civil engineering and a M.S. degree in industrial management, both from Clemson University. A South Carolina native, Michele enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, Toastmasters, and making connections personally and professionally. Michele has a passion for engaging with others on social media.
