Marie Sheppy is Manager of Corporate Affairs with RE/MAX of Western Canada. She has been with the regional head office for 19 years, and what she is perhaps best known for is her passion and hard work behind RE/MAX of Western Canada’s community care program, which includes fundraising and awareness for Children’s Miracle Network. When Marie is away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her two children, Ethan and Ella, and her three animals: Pishi, Molly and Kitty.
Terry Compton (RE/MAX Kelowna) is a top-producing sales associate with an extensive background in home improvement, interior design and kitchen design. Terry has earned the RE/MAX Hall of Fame career award relatively quickly, and reached Chairman’s Club status in 2017. When she’s not busy helping her clients, Terry loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs, as well as traveling and maintaining a healthy lifestyle by staying strong and active in the community.
Scott Ziegler (RE/MAX Saskatoon) has been with his brokerage for nearly 15 years. He started his career off strong, winning Rookie of the Year in 2006. Hal Elrod is one of the highest-rated keynote speakers in North America, creator of one of the fastest growing and most engaged online communities in existence, and author of one of the highest rated, best-selling books in the world: The Miracle Morning. At the age of 20, Hal was hit head-on by a drunk driver traveling 70 miles per hour. His heart stopped for six minutes, he broke 11 bones, and eventually woke from a coma to be told by doctors he would never walk again. Not only did Hal walk, he went on to run a 52-mile ultra-marathon and become a hall-of-fame business achiever by the age of 30. Then, in November 2016, Hal nearly died again. His kidneys, lungs and heart were on the verge of failing, which led to his being diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive form of cancer. Despite all of the challenges Hal has experienced, he is one of the most positive and inspirational individuals in the world, sharing a message that has helped many others overcome their own personal challenges.
Sean Gillis (RE/MAX Grand Prairie) was born and raised in Grande Prairie, Alberta. He has been in real estate for more than a decade and has built his career on referrals and repeat business. “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” is a Quentin Tarantino movie that was released this year, but it might also be the perfect title to describe Michele Cummins' (RE/MAX Little Oak Realty, Mission, B.C.) upbringing. Her parents were the quintessential Hollywood couple and her grandfather helped pioneer MGM Studios during a career that spanned over five decades. Michele is an actress, but that has taken a backseat to her incredibly successful RE/MAX career. In 2017, Michele received the Diamond Club Award and she has continues to be one of our top individual residential producers in Western Canada. In her spare time, Michele enjoys driving her Knight Rider replica car.
Keith Roy (RE/MAX Select Realty, Vancouver B.C.) and his team have been selling homes for more than a decade and have landed a spot in the Team Diamond Club category in recent years. Keith is a frequent face in the Vancouver media on matters relating to the local and national real estate market, and he is no stranger to podcasting as he hosted more than 70 episodes of The UnReal Estate Show. On top of the countless industry awards Keith has received, he was also awarded with the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal and Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal for community service. Jane Johnston (RE/MAX Camosun, Victoria, B.C.) grew up in a very close-knit community in downtown Toronto; her real estate team — the Briar Hill Group — is named after one of the streets in the neighbourhood she grew up in. This is one example of the fact community comes first for Jane. Since she began her real estate career in 2006, Jane has earned several real estate awards, including consistent Chairman's Club Awards, RE/MAX Hall of Fame, the MLS Special Gold Medal Award and the MLS President's Award. Adam Contos is the CEO of RE/MAX. Following a successful career in law enforcement, Adam came to the RE/MAX organization in 2003 as an independent contractor presenting a safety training program he created specifically for real estate professionals. In 2004, he joined RE/MAX full-time as a Senior Franchise Development Consultant for the RE/MAX Mountain States Region. He was named Region Vice President the following year. Today, Adam is responsible for providing strategic direction on all aspects of major RE/MAX corporate decisions, operations and resources of the company.

Deborah Moore is owner and manager of the RE/MAX offices in Summerland, Penticton and Osoyoos, B.C. There are currently more than 120,000 Sales Associates globally in the RE/MAX network. Sixty-eight of those active individuals have earned the title of Luminary of Distinction. The most coveted RE/MAX career award recognizes agents who have earned over $20 million during a RE/MAX career of at least 20 years. Big John Peterson of RE/MAX Realty Professionals in Calgary, Alberta, is one of those 68, and has built a career around consistent results for his clients.
Since 1991, real estate has been Tony Joe's (RE/MAX Camosun Oak Bay) main focus. He is team leader of the Prime Real Estate Team and is known as an innovator in the field for leading the way in technology, community involvement and customer experience.
