The Power of Your Personal Vision speaks to the title of my chapter in a book anthology written by me and 16 other women. The book is entitled Power Up, Super Women: Stories of Courage and Empowerment. It’s definitely not just for women.

One of the greatest lessons that I can share to help empower others regardless of age, is the importance of having a personal Vision. Not a family vision, employer’s vision or one that your parents or friends have designed for you but your own Vision.

I will share today, (at a high level) some of the tools, tips and resources that I used to develop my personal vision as well those that I use in my business as a Productivity Coach. The “layoff” helped me to identify my “why” for doing what I do as a coach.
