KC Sahl, from VHB joins us to talk all things US offshore wind. In a short space of time, KC talks us through a brief history, the opportunities and challenges, required skills and the future of offshore wind in America. Welcome to episode 4, where we are joined by Georgia Fraser, a passionate wind turbine assessment engineer at RWE Renewables.

Willie Dawson is a pioneer in the wind industry, as he was one of the earliest people to enter the supply chain in the UK wind market, over 20 years ago. He is now the Director for Offshore Wind at Windhoist and in this conversation he looks back on his experience and shares his valued knowledge regarding SMEs and Technicians and routes into the industry.
