Why Don't We Talk Podcast

I am throwing these solo episodes in when I feel they are needed. Everything I share today is from my own personal experiences. The book I highly recommend is The Fakir by Ruzbeh Bharucha and also Your Souls Gift: The Healing Power of the Life You Planned by Robert A. Schwartz. 

Welcome to Season 2, today we discuss cancer. I think everybody has experienced cancer in some form or another, whether you have been through it yourself or have experienced someone close to you who has had cancer but still it feels there is a silence around it. Today we have Dee as our guest, she is a cancer survivor and today we discuss what it was like and why we don't talk about it.

We are back for a Second Season! This season we will be talking about topics like Breast Cancer, Anxiety, Homosexuality & Addictions. This podcast has been created to give women in the South Asian Community a voice. If you love what you hear, please share with friends and family. 

During my first solo (and final) episode I discuss what it means to be a modern day woman and some of the struggles we face. It was this topic that was one of the reason I started this podcast. We all feel emotional, we have days of ups and downs and this is completely normal but why don't we talk about how we feel!
