Happy Halloween!! 

In the spirit of the holiday, we're bringing you a repitch on Monday! 

One of the first movies to start the "Disney Channel Movies" collection, Halloweentown has been able to keep its charm through the years. With so many sequels and a Halloweentown festival that runs in the town where the movie was filmed, this movie continues to bring joy to fans all around. 

But does it actually stand well today? Richard brings his own twist to this Halloween classic.

What do you get when you take out the gritty and add in the goofy when it comes to Batman? Probably exactly what Batman Forever (1995) was. What on earth are we doing at Repitch? Why would they possibly repitch the top-grossing film history to be directed and written by African-Americans, with a predominantly black cast and one of the first major movie superheroes played by an African protagonist? They have not right, Black Panther is a fantastic movie. But there are a few nit-picky things that bothered us and maybe we can pitch a better story. Who knows? It's a Disney TV movie that came out in 2000. What more is there to say? It's cheesy, the villain's plan is cliche and soccer saves the day. But it's really cool to see an African American superhero family. It's something that should be made today and we try to pitch that version!
