I just want to start off by saying Michael B Moynahan is a nice guy, so nice in fact that we invited him back for another year at Grand Comic Fest. You may know him from his run as Lookout Bear in the wildly popular children's show Zoobilee Zoo, or perhaps you recognize him from his role as Pee Wee Hutchins in the 1986 wrestling film Bodyslam. No matter where you know him from, you'll love this adventure into his career that includes stories about hanging out with Michael J Fox, what it's like to actually wrestle your favorite wrestler, his stint as a chanting monk, and working with Conan O'Brien. We also discuss his Beach Boys tribute band The Beach Toys before diving into some Zoobilee Zoo talk and wrapping up with with some talk about Grand Comic Fest. There isn't anything in filmmaking that Wyatt hasn't done. He's a writer, a director, an editor, a visual and special effects artist... but that's not all, not by a long shot. He's acted in such notable franchises as Star Trek the Next Generation and Predator, he's built a spaceship for a Weirdo and crashed airplanes (or at least made them look crashed), hell... he's even made his very own (awesome) Batman film. Wyatt is a testament to what happens when you allow your drive, passion, talent and all the amazing people you've surrounded yourself with to work together to make dreams come true. The truly wonderful thing is, he has remained humble and grateful through it all. Join us as Wyatt shares some remarkable stories from his career and gives some solid advice for aspiring filmmakers who want to follow that same path.

He has given a voice to so many of our favorite animated characters from Hanna Barbara greats to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to some of his most recognizable work as Baby Fozzie and Baby Scooter on Muppet Babies. Join us as we talk with Greg about working on one of the hottest radio shows in the 80s where he was able to introduce John Travolta to John Revolting; his days in a sketch comedy group with Bill Hicks at The Comedy Store; his vast resume of celebrity voice replacement; and all the great, iconic characters that he has portrayed over the last 40 years. Episode 38: The Jim Henson Series part 1- Sesame Street

It goes without saying that everyone who was once a child (and we hope that's everyone) has been affected and influenced by the work of Jim Henson. He was, without a doubt, the greatest puppeteer ever. We are going to take the next few shows to pay tribute to Jim and his many creations. In this episode, we take a trip on down to Sesame Street... and immediately go right off track. We speculate as to why Telly Monster is so damn nervous, we talk about why Oscar changed from orange to green, we try to resolve an irrational fear of number obsessed purple vampires, and we argue about if the ladybug picnic should be charged with arson. We also remember some of the greatest friends that a kid could have and some of the best skits and songs from our childhood. Sesame Street had a huge impact on both of us, and on millions (and millions) of children worldwide. It's a sunny day... sweep those clouds away and join the Retro Renegades as we Follow That Bird to where the air is sweet.... let's head on down to Sesame Street!

You may remember struggling through a yawn, sleepily eating popcorn as you waited under a blanket on the couch for that late night monster movie to start. It was always a rewarding triumph if you were able to stay awake for the beginning, even if you were dozing by the opening credits... it still counted! Sometimes you were tuning in for the film, but more often you wanted to see what the horror host was up to. The 80s and 90s were rich in the traditional hosted movie shows, some were locally produced while others were on a larger stage and gained international fame. From local heros to legendary figures we touch on all our favorites in this week's tribute to the folks who stayed up late with us watching scary movies... Here's to the horror hosts!

The 80s and 90s were chocked full of great horror shows that we had to beg, plead, and sneak around to watch. Although the selections ranged from mild, family fare to absolutely terrifying, we tuned in weekly to get our fix and disrupt our sleep.
