All 3 were critical of the Black Squares that were seen across social media, but felt that it did nothing for the fight against racism. They also discuss actions by brands, perspectives from their own communities and their outlook on the future. 

Sonja and Rex welcome back their friend and former Uber Eats colleague Michael Houck. The trio chat hot takes about an industry that's getting a lot of hype during the pandemic and one that they know very well: food delivery. After helping build the Uber Eats business from the early days in Southern California, they talk about expensive fees, impact on restaurants, the potential Grubhub acquisition by Uber, the future of food delivery, and more. 

Rex is joined by his friend Matt out in New York. Due to the pandemic, Matt's personal and professional situations changed, and the two friends chat about purpose in career and setting goals to push advancement.

Sonja and Rex reunite to discuss how the coronavirus quarantine has affected them, specifically from a mental health standpoint. At the moment, stress is at an all time high for a lot of people, and the two talk about sources for the mental fatigue as well as ways to cope with it. 

Rex is joined by his friend Norbert. As an ATL-ien, Norbert is seeing the beginning stages of social reopening as the state of Georgia eases coronavirus lockdown. Plus he works for Delta Airlines and talks his predictions on what air travel may look like post-pandemic. 

Rex is joined by his friend Evan to dive into Evan's predicaments over the last several months. No only was he in Korea when Coronavirus first broke out in Asia, but he also worked in the live concert industry, which has been crippled by the pandemic. The two also chat about the Asian reputation that's unfairly being chastised.
