Halloween has changed so much from when I was a kid. Tricks and treats are no longer just for kids.

My older sisterbear was such a blessing and curse to me at times. Not a day goes by that she's not in my thoughts. Losing a sibling is on another level than the loss of your parents.

KISS was no disappointment...they know how to deliver a great show! Good friends, new and old, make a perfect weekend.

Ain't no thang but a hurricane! It's an end of summer celebration....not canceling my plans. Labor day or bust!

She was so special, a servant to her family and friends. Loved by so many, but she did have a fiesty side too. 😂

Summer time equals baseball and with little league I became more interested in the sport. My nephews were good at the game and it was so fun to watch them grow. But, the people were a great crowd to spend your evenings and weekends with.

Such an exciting time when preparing a child or yourself for a new year of school. Goodbye summer....hello new beginnings!

Going thru my second knee replacement, I thought would be a breeze. But I didn't quite expect it to be that much of a challenge.

You know your old when it's time to replace the parts that wear out! I have had a few surgeries, but nothing quite compared to getting my knees replaced.

My Dad was one in a million, my sisters and I were very fortunate. Growing up, he was everything I needed him to be and more. A protective and firm leader of our home, but tender and loving when it called for him to be. My favorite thing to do with Dad...was go fishing! 😁

We had more fun camping as adults than when we were little. So many more shenanigans!
