16. Is Love Enough with Dr. Charles Corprew
Ah, l'amour. Such an amazing feeling and beautiful when everything first starts. The sun shining, the birds chirping but once the honeymoon wears off, or you begin to see your person for who they really are, is love enough to keep the relationship going? For this episode I consulted good friend, Dr. Charles Corprew of the What's your Revolution podcast to give me the males perspective on the topic.  We talk about the fundamentals of a relationship, from communication, commitment type, forgiving and so much more. We even confess about our own person relationships, pluses and mistakes.

12. 35 life lessons over 35 years
Your host, Rita Bautista is turning 35 years old. She talks about 35 lessons she has learned throughout her time 35 Things I have learned at 35 1.Patience is literally a virtue 2.sometimes you need to retreat and reflect in order to push forward and become a better version of yourself 3.Forgive, and then, forgive again, and then forgive again but don’t forget. 4.Actions speak louder than words. Silence is also an action 5.Your true friends stick by you in your dark days and celebrate your wins. Don’t lose them 6.Have empathy for others even if they don’t have empathy for you. The Universe will bless you threefold 7.Broken isn’t the end, it’s just a temporary space in your timeline. 8.Spend your time laughing, smile more 9. So maybe you aren’t the best at everything, you also aren’t the worst 10. Forgive yourself! 11.Give love a chance, do it again until you learn your lessons 12.Money is like water, it comes and goes like the tide. Putting to much emphasis on it chases it away 13. The things that are meant for you will always be yours, no matter what happen 14.Grieving is one hell of an emotion, make sure to treat yourself kindly during that time. Your heart is broken and it needs time to heal 15. Keep your body healthy and it will treat you well 16. when in doubt, follow your heart. The heart wants what the heart wants 17. Shut up more 18. You’re not always right, again shut up more and listen 19. Dont be afraid to be vulnerable. 20. Sing, dance, love 21. Travel, it will open your mind to different things, experiences and people 22. ,not everyone has your best interest. Learn to tell when someone is lying to you 23. Everyone just wants to be seen and heard. 24. There is a time and place for everything 25. History repeats itself is behaviors aren’t changed 26. Have no expectations because the only thing you have control over in life is yourself 27. Just do it already 28. Ask your parents questions about their lives before it’s too late 29. Take many pictures 30. Learn to nuture a plant, long process but super rewarding 31. Forgive your parents, they didn’t have a guide to show them how to be everything you needed 32. Each mind different world 33. Communication is key, learn different styles and how to apply them to situations 34. Silence is beautiful, learn to be calm and present 35. You are everything you are supposed to be and we’re made perfect
