“...In life it’s always a constant juggling act to find balance and recently I’ve been struggling with that due to various external factors that I have been dwelling on internally way too much....
I’d like to get your input on how to rewire your brain towards optimism. I know when we were going to school our generation were sort of Guinea pigs with CSMP math and other nonsense. I think this caused us to be extra hard on ourselves and more realists than optimists. With news and stories we hear mostly being negative and biased, it’s difficult to find that light of hope and excitement for the future.”
