Korrin Barrett is a motivational speaker, mentor, ambassador and all round empowerer of living life to the full.  In 2012, while living in Australia, Korrin had a life changing experience that left her as a quad amputee. Given a 5% chance of survival she not only came through but is thriving in all the she does and tells her story of resilience with courage, honesty and humour.  Now living in Hawkes Bay, Korrin is passionate about changing the lives and minds of not only our youth but the whole of Aotearoa, she believes in having a positive mindset, being grateful and learning to embrace the good, the bad and the ugly but not letting it consume you.
