How do you forget the past especially when the pain is still there?
I call it being emotionally constipated. Holding on to all the emotional "do do" from years and decades ago. Are you one of those people who are still living with the "dodo" from the past? If so, have you ever asked yourself the following question? WHEN IS ENOUGH... ENOUGH???? How long do you think you are supposed to allow yourself to be a victim of something you had no control over? Another year, another decade? Forgiving is a decision not a feeling!! And you are already used to making tons of decision. Here's the million dollar question.... Do you agree that everyone (including you) deserves to be emotionally free from the past........ from this day forward?
