Grief is never easy unless you know happiness will come again. This episode I spoke with author Maxi Norman who released 2 powerful books this year. She touched on the hardships of grief and identifying depression. She also explained in detail the power of positive thinking and why affirmations are so important. Maxi's relationship with grief became too common, so much so that she found her self in a constant state of mental stress. It was during this time she found salvage through writing.
