Peter and I run through the goals and ambitions we had in our last episode while reflecting on how to find a balance ; which involves keeping time for yourself as well as time for the important people in life. We also run through his Olympic Journey and how much he has changed in terms of mindset in comparison to his last Olympic appearance in Rio. With his appearance in Australia winning hearts as well as gaining him the celebrated Herb Elliot Medal.

Denise and I touch on the different dynamics of the startup world, as well as touching a bit on the "imposter syndrome" you feel when friends speak to you about your achievements. The main theme of the episode is how to have healthy and appreciative relationships when working with people, as it does set a precedent for everything that comes out of it. This can be applied to more than just creating a business but life in general, take a step back to actually think about the things someone contributes to your life, sometimes we don't actually objectively look at their effect on our lives and think they don't contribute that much.
