factors that Best Match takes into account when ranking listings for search results? That depends on the listing type: For BIN listings Best Match takes into account seller performance standards, recent search impressions & sell-through rate, recent sales, listing title, price and whether free shipping is offered. Additionally, TRS status is also important as well as whether you offer Premium Service for your listing. For Auction style listings – mostly the same factors as above WITHOUT the sales history (as there will be just one sale) plus the listing end time is important too. Listings ending sooner will be featured higher in search results. This is what eBay tells us on their FAQ page here. You don’t have to be too smart to figure this out though. Onion Rings That Are Awesome 👏
Onion Rings, love them, and so I keep reinventing them, probably to give me an excuse to indulge. Here are my top tips for making killer onion rings and strings… To make the best onion rings! try to use panko for this it will really make a difference to the texture, use large sweet onions preferably Bermuda. I use Jim's great panko breadcrumb recipe for these Homemade Panko Bread Crumbs INGREDIENTS 2 large sweet onions, peeled and sliced thin into rings DIPPING MIXTURE 2 eggs 1⁄2 cup buttermilk CRISPY COATING MIXTURE 1 3⁄4 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon seasoning salt (or regular salt, can use less than 1 teaspoon if desired) 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional but good to add in, I use lots as we like extreme heat) 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1⁄2 cup dry breadcrumbs (preferably panko bread crumbs) oil (for frying) DIRECTIONS Heat the oil to about 350 degrees F. In a small bowl whisk together buttermilk and eggs. In a bowl mix together the coating mixture, then place into a shallow dish (a shallow dish makes for easier coating of the rings). Dip/coat the onion rings into the buttermilk mixture. Then coat generously into the dry coating mixture. Fry briefly in hot oil (turning once) until onion rings are lightly brown on both sides. The number one tip I can give is to make sure that your oil is hot enough. That means it needs to be at 350F. This can sometimes take much longer than you think, and the only way to know for sure is to use a thermometer that is made for the purpose. Choose your oil carefully, some are better than others for deep frying. I like Safflower oil, but other good choices are peanut, sunflower, and canola. Work in batches, don’t crowd your pan with too many rings, they’ll stick together and lower the temperature of the oil. Don’t worry, there’s a kind of pleasant zen to frying onion rings…just go with it and enjoy the process. Be aware that the wider your pan, the more you’ll be able to fry at a single time. Each batch only takes about 2 minutes. You don’t need a huge vat to fry onions rings, try using a saute pan, or wok. Delegate responsibility when it comes to battering ~ designate a dry hand and a wet hand, otherwise you’ll have a big mess on your hands…literally! Search frequency: 301,000 times per month On the surface, this too seems well-intentioned since it’s great to see that a large portion of us are regularly searching for ways to improve our health. But what concerns me about this is largely the last word: fast. We live in a world where we need instantaneous results (hence why we’re turning to Google in the first place) or we don’t bother. Long-term solutions exist but we have virtually no confidence in our ability to commit to anything, so we instead opt for ways to cheat the system. If losing weight or gaining muscle is truly important to you, than focus on what you’ll need to do to keep yourself motivated to put the work in to get there rather than what can zap it away. Sprinkle with the gelatin and allow to soak for a minute or two. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin is fully dissolved (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat. Stir in the vodka. Pineapple: Pour the pineapple juice in a medium saucepan. Sprinkle with the gelatin and allow to soak for a minute or two. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin is fully dissolved (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat. Stir in the vodka. Lime: Pour the water in a medium saucepan. Sprinkle with the gelatin and allow to soak for a minute or two. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin is fully dissolved (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat. Stir in the melted sherbet. Pour each mixture into a separate bowl and refrigerate until partially set. (Just starting to change from liquid to solid - about 20 to 25 minutes.) Prepare a standard 1lb loaf pan about 8" x 5", glass or non-reactive metal) by spraying with a little cooking spray and then wiping out with a paper towel. Give each mixture a quick stir. Drop alternating spoonfuls of the three mixtures into the pan, until all the gelatin has been transferred. Additional functionality will be added in the next few months that will allow you to use your NLU username and password. Where do I find a desktop or mobile app? Once you have signed up or logged in, click on Host a Meeting, the desktop app will auto-download. To stop sharing the screen, simply click “Stop Sharing.” Before your meeting: Control video and audio quality. Invest in a quality webcam and speaker and microphone headset. Don’t sit directly in front or beside a bright light source, or else all the audience sees is a bright light and a shadowy figure. Experiment with moving lamps and your camera until you can see your brightly-lit face on the screen. Think about your background. Try to provide a nice, plain background. If your treadmill is in your office and you use it more as a place to hang laundry, that’s not really the best visual for your audience. You can’t control everything in a mobile environment, but you should give some thought to the background prior to your meeting. Practice speaking to the camera and not the screen. Our tendency is to look at the person on the screen, but you should look at the camera when you speak so the audience feels like you’re talking directly to them. Optimize Zoom. Sharing. Generally, DO NOT select “Share Your Desktop” (unless you want every pop-up email and private message on display for your audience!). Instead, open up any relevant documents before the call and share only those during the meeting. Note that when you share, Zoom prioritizes the shared item to the bandwidth. This can reduce the other video feeds’ quality, so don’t share longer than necessary. Practice hosting. Zoom is very easy to use, but a live video conference with a customer is not the time to explore its features. Make video appointments with internal employees and friends to get used to Zoom. What separates the master grillers from the masses is that the experts understand how to manage their grill. Sure, recipes are important, but techniques matter most. Thus, here are the 10 essentials for better grilling. Follow these tips and you will become a true BBQ master. This information was taken from Weber, a manufacturer of grills. 1. Preheat the Grill Preheat your grill with the lid closed for 10 to 15 minutes. With all the coals glowing red, or all the gas burners on high, the temperature under the lid should reach 500F. The heat loosens any bits and pieces of food hanging onto the grate, making it easy to brush them off. Preheating your grill also helps prevent food from sticking to the grate, and gets the grate hot enough to sear properly. 2. Keep it Clean When bits of food have stuck to your cooking grate, and the grate is hot, clean it with a stainless steel brush. This step is not only for cleanliness. It also prevents your food from sticking. Note: Replace brush if any loose bristles are found on cooking grates or brush. 3. Oil the Food, Not the Grate Oil prevents food from sticking. It adds flavor and moisture, too. Lightly brushing or spraying the food with oil works better than brushing the grate. 4. Keep the Lid Down Here are 4 important reasons why the lid should be closed as much as possible. 1. It keeps the grates hot enough to sear the food. 2. It speeds up the cooking time and prevents the food from drying out. 3. It traps the smokiness that develops when fat and juices vaporize in the grill. 4. It prevents flare-ups by limiting oxygen. 5. Time and Temperature By monitoring your time and temperature you avoid overcooking your food. Use a timer! If you are grilling in a colder climate or in a higher altitude, the cooking times will be longer. If the wind is blowing hard, it will lower a gas grill's temperature and raise a charcoal grill's temperature. 6. Know When to Be Direct, Know When to be Indirect Direct heat (when the fire is directly below the food) is best for relatively small, tender pieces of food that cook in 20 minutes or less. Indirect heat (when the fire is on either side of the food) is best for larger, tougher cuts of meat that require more than 20 minutes of cooking. 7. Maintaining Temperatures Our grills are designed to give you complete control over the heat inside the grill. By having a consistent, reliable heat source and proper venting, the grill can maintain low or high temperatures effectively. The dampers on the top and bottom of the grill control the airflow inside the grill. The more air flowing into the grill, the hotter the fire will grow and the more frequently you will have to replenish it. To show the rate of your fires burn, close the top vent as much as half and keep the lid on as much as possible. The bottom vent should be left open whenever you are grilling so you don’t kill your fire. Under normal circumstances, a typical charcoal briquette fire will lose about 100˚F of heat over 40 to 60 minutes. A typical lump charcoal fire will lose heat even faster. Gas grills have individual control knobs so that you can easily regulate the heat and create different grilling zones easily. You can easily maintain heat levels as low as 200˚F to over 550˚F easily and shift from direct to indirect in minutes. 8. Tame the Flame Too many flare-ups can burn your food. Keep the lid on as much as possible. This limits the amount of oxygen inside the grill, which will help extinguish any flare-ups. If the flames are getting out of control, move the food over indirect heat temporarily, until they die down. Then move the food back. 9. Caramelization is Key One of the biggest reasons for the popularity of grilled food is its seared taste. To develop this taste for maximum effect, use the right level of heat and resist the temptation to turn food often. Your

Ham & Cheese Breakfast Casserole Makes: 6 servings To make ahead: Prepare casserole through Step 2; refrigerate overnight. Let stand at room temperature while the oven preheats. Bake as directed in Step 3. This healthy update of a traditionally rich ham-and-cheese breakfast strata is made lighter primarily by losing a few egg yolks and using nonfat milk. Gruyère cheese has a delicious, nutty aroma and flavor, which means that with the relatively small amount in this recipe you still get a big impact. To finish the makeover use nutritious, fiber-rich, whole-grain bread instead of white. Results in plenty of flavor, half the calories and one-third the fat of the original. 4 large eggs 4 large egg whites 1 cup nonfat milk 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper 5 cups chopped spinach, wilted (see Tip) 4 cups whole-grain bread, crusts removed if desired, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 1/2 pound, 4-6 slices) 1 cup diced ham steak (5 ounces) 1/2 cup chopped jarred roasted red peppers 3/4 cup shredded Gruyère or Swiss cheese 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a 7-by-11-inch glass baking dish or a 2-quart casserole with cooking spray. 2. Whisk eggs, egg whites, and milk in a medium bowl. Add mustard, rosemary, and pepper; whisk to combine. Toss spinach, bread, ham and roasted red peppers in a large bowl. Add the egg mixture and toss well to coat. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and push down to compact. Cover with foil. 3. Bake until the custard has set, 40 to 45 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and continue baking until the pudding is puffed and golden on top, 15 to 20 minutes more. Transfer to a wire rack and cool for 15 to 20 minutes before serving. Per serving: 286 calories Exchanges: 1 starch, 1 vegetable, 2 medium-fat meat Tip: To wilt spinach, rinse thoroughly with cool water. Transfer to a large microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and punch several holes in it. Microwave on High until wilted, 2 to 3 minutes. Squeeze out excess moisture. Artichoke-Scrambled Eggs Benedict Makes: 4 servings Roasted artichoke bottoms stand in for English muffins in this quick yet elegant. Substitute roasted mushrooms for the pancetta for a vegetarian option. Serve with roasted new potatoes or a tossed salad. 8 canned artichoke bottoms (11/2 cans), rinsed (see Tip) 4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided 3 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano, divided, plus 4 sprigs for garnish 1/3 cup chopped pancetta 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise 2 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon water 6 large eggs 4 large egg whites 2 tablespoons reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel) 1/4 teaspoon salt 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Toss artichoke bottoms with 2 teaspoons oil and 2 teaspoons oregano. Place the top- side down on half of a large baking sheet. Spread pancetta in an even layer on the other half. Roast until the artichokes are just beginning to brown and the pancetta is crispy 12 to 14 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice and water in a small bowl until smooth. Beat eggs and egg whites in a large bowl. 4. Heat the remaining 2 teaspoons oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the eggs and cook, folding and stirring frequently with a heatproof rubber spatula until almost set about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and fold in cream cheese, the remaining 1 teaspoon oregano, and salt. 5. To serve, divide the artichoke bottoms among 4 plates. Top each artichoke with equal portions scrambled egg, crispy pancetta, and creamy lemon sauce. Garnish with oregano sprigs, if desired. Per serving:

Fettuccine Recipes With Tips
https://keywebco.com/blogs/news/fettuccine-recipes Fettuccine is great to cook with, I often use it so, I thought it would be cool to share a few recipes Fettuccine with butter and cheese 1 pound fettuccine Salt 4 ounces Parmigiano-Reggiano, grated (2 cups), plus extra for serving 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into 5 pieces Directions 1. Bring 3 quarts water to boil in large Dutch oven. Add pasta and 1 tablespoon salt and cook, stirring frequently, until al dente. Reserve 1 cup cooking water, then drain pasta and return it to pot. 2. Add Parmigiano-Reggiano, butter, reserved cooking water, and 1/2 teaspoon salt to the pot. Set pot over low heat and, using tongs, toss and stir vigorously to thoroughly combine, about 1 minute. Remove pot from heat, cover, and let the pasta sit for 1 minute. 3. Toss pasta vigorously once more so sauce thoroughly coats pasta and any cheese clumps are emulsified into the sauce, about 30 seconds. (Mixture may look wet at this point, but the pasta will absorb excess moisture as it cools slightly.) Season with salt to taste. 4. Transfer pasta to individual bowls. (Use rubber spatula as needed to remove any clumps of cheese stuck to tongs and bottom of the pot.) Serve immediately, passing extra Parmigiano-Reggiano separately. Fettuccine Alfredo 24 ounces dry fettuccine pasta 1 cup butter 3/4 pint heavy cream salt and pepper to taste 1 dash garlic salt 3/4 cup grated Romano cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Directions Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add fettuccini and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. In a large saucepan, melt butter into cream over low heat. Add salt, pepper and garlic salt. Stir in cheese over medium heat until melted; this will thicken the sauce. Add pasta to sauce. Use enough of the pasta so that all of the sauce is used and the pasta is thoroughly coated. Serve immediately. Lemon Chicken Fettuccine One-pan Lemon Chicken Fettuccine is a fresh and easy take on dinner, tossed with tomatoes, mushrooms, lemon juice, and olive oil. Add cooked fettuccine to chicken mixture and cook until heated through, stirring frequently. In a mixing bowl or a jar, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper; shake it or stir it until thoroughly mixed. Stir into pasta mixture. Remove from heat. In a large bowl, whisk together oil, curry, and 1⁄2 teaspoon salt. Add the chicken and toss to coat. In a small bowl, combine chutney and 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Grill chicken until cooked through, 6 to 7 minutes per side, basting with the chutney mixture during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Transfer the chicken to a cutting board. Cut each breast in half lengthwise, then slice 1⁄4" thick. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and remaining 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Fold in celery, scallions, grapes, and chicken (along with any juices). Cut bread in half through the equator and scoop out the inside of both the top and bottom, leaving a 3⁄4"-thick shell. Line the bottom with spinach and top with chicken. Sandwich with the top half of the bread, wrap tightly in foil and press with a heavy pan for at least 1 hour or up to overnight in the refrigerator. To put it simply, it’s a spoken form of entertainment, providing a scientific explanation of certain topics, or analyzing and commenting on a topic connected to different fields of speaker’s expertise. Of course, it doesn’t require to have a degree in podcast making or journalism but it’s good to know the basic rules of a valuable and interesting podcast. And since Keywebco has recently launched a series of podcast series called The Tip Whisperer, it’s worth to bring our audience closer to the idea of a podcast. It’s not difficult to do a podcast. What’s hard is getting people to listen to it. I’m not going to mislead anybody, there are a lot of podcasts out there. What anyone has to do to get anyone to listen to it, who knows? I don’t know. Before you were chosen by a network or a label or a comedy club and given an opportunity, here it all rests with you and how you find your way out of the tremendous pile of stuff. That’s the trick. I think that once you start having big ideas about how much money you’re going to make from your podcast, or how you’re going to get this or that out there or what needs to happen and a lot of energy goes into that, it sort of amplifies the possibilities for disappointment. A successful podcast requires precise components, both external and internal. And these comprise of a few specific elements. And every host of a podcast should pay attention to all of them. And it doesn’t matter if you’re an expert or a beginner. The secret to podcast success is sticking with it and making it fun for yourself. The podcasts that keep my attention are those where I can feel the hosts and guests are enjoying themselves or are really passionate about the subject matter. The connective tissue between storytelling, advice, and comedy is passion. The thing that will undoubtedly make the work easier is the below tips for good podcasts: Equipment Good equipment is the number one rule in making a good podcast. Buckeyes (Peanut Butter Balls) Buckeyes, also known as Peanut Butter Balls have a smooth peanut butter center and are dipped in chocolate for a fun treat. PREP TIME 1 hour TOTAL TIME 3 hours Ingredients filling: 1 1/2 cups 12-ounce jar peanut butter 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened(1 cube) 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 3 cups confectioners sugar chocolate shell: 9 ounces semisweet chocolate chips 3 tablespoons butter Instructions In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, butter, and vanilla until completely smooth. One cup at a time, add powdered sugar. Start by mixing with a spoon and then mix with hands to form a thick dough. For the last cup of powdered sugar, be sure to add it slowly one heaping spoonful at a time until you reach your desired consistency. Shape tablespoon sized balls and roll them smooth in between your hands. Set on parchment lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for two hours for a freeze for at least 15 minutes. In a medium-sized bowl, combine chocolate and remaining butter and microwave at half power in one-minute increments, stirring each time, until everything has melted and is completely smooth. Dip each peanut butter ball in the chocolate. You make use one or two toothpicks to help and then just smooth over any holes the toothpick leaves in the ball. Return the dipped peanut butter balls back to the parchment lined sheet and allow to set. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freeze until you devour them. We have put together a podcast, both real and fictional, to pull you from your slump, make you smile and inspire you. Today’s story is The Elephant Rope. As a man was passing the elephants, he suddenly stopped, confused by the fact that these huge creatures were being held by only a small rope tied to their front leg. No chains, no cages. It was obvious that the elephants could, at anytime, break away from their bonds but for some reason, they did not. He saw a trainer nearby and asked why these animals just stood there and made no attempt to get away. “Well,” trainer said, “when they are very young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, it’s enough to hold them. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free.” The man was amazed. These animals could at any time break free from their bonds but because they believed they couldn’t, they were stuck right where they were.
