This week I am in the kitchen with Joseph Marini. Joseph is a veteran caterer, event designer, and an ardent host who is as passionate about home as he is entertaining family and friends. Joseph has had the honor of catering an intimate dinner in which President Jimmy Carter was the esteemed guest of honor. As well as memorable candlelight dinner for a prominent United States Air Force Colonel. When he is not cooking at his home in St, Petersburg FL, you will find me tendering to his garden and designing homes across the US. Today I am gathered at table to gossip with my guest James Farmer. James is a Southern born and breed, interior designer, gardener, and frequent lecturer. James is also prolific author. His titles include: A Time to Plant; Sip & Savor; Porch Living; A Time To Cook; Dinner on the Grounds; A Time to Celebrate and A Place to Call Home.  His most recent publication is Arriving Home. When not at home tendering to his garden in Perry Georgia, you will find him enjoying the fours seasons at his mountain escape in Cashiers, North Carolina. Christopher Spitzmiller is ceramic artist, whose lamps have graced the Oval Office and White House so many times he earned the HASHTAG Potter to the Presidents. When not in his studio, he can be found at his farm in Millbrook, New York, gardening, bee keeping, making jam, cooking for friends, and tending to his flock of Chickens.
