Rumaysa sits down with Hadeel Elmadhoon (@hadeelelmadhoon) of TikTok and IG to discuss the trajectory of her growth as a modest fashion influencer and software engineer. The girls discuss influencing, fashion, marriage and more.
. . . to Vision boards, New Goals, Reflecting on 2021
I don't typically do solo episodes but I was really tempted to grab my mic and reflect on all things new year. You already know this consists of vision boards, goal setting and reflecting on our past year. As a young and on the way 20-year-old, I am always looking for new ways to improve my lifestyle from the year before, and I want to take you on that journey with me. Life as a working college student is stressful as it is. . .I learned the hard way how to balance my health-work-school balance. Hopefully these goals of mine will help you set your own and motivate you in some way. Let me know if you liked the solo vibe and I'll be sure to do more!
Remember. . . you're young and on the way. . . and you're doing great xx

...To being a Med Student and a TikTok Creator - with Sarah Struble
Not a Type A personality? Don't use a planner? That's okay because you DON'T need those things to be successful! With over 100k TikTok followers, Sarah Struble is a soon to be doctor. This girl takes hard work to another level as she balances her entertaining videos while being a full time medical school student. Every pre-med and med student needs relatable light-hearted content to look forward to, in the midst of the intimidation and stress. Sarah is able to find time for her creative side as she makes weekly content for students like her. I sat down with Sarah to chat about how she first started making videos and how she balances it all. As a pre-med student myself, I was curious about what life is like once you're actually in medical school. I asked her tons of advice on the application process, and she provided her helpful expertise. Her regrets, her do's, and don'ts...this episode has it all, even if you aren't going into medicine, Sarah has some great advice for you.
...To becoming your healthy and glowing self - On the Way with Liv
Liv is a college bound teenage girl who posted a TikTok video showing her new body after a huge body transformation. The video starts with Liv about a year ago, showing her body to the camera, then immediately cuts to herself a whole year later with a different appearance. With that video reaching over 10 million views, she decided to share her experience with her followers. She tells me she was in a low point in her life, but decided to make a change and become who she wanted to be -- someone who loves herself and loves life. That allowed a change in her body as well. She wants to inspire other young people to do the same and develop healthy, mindful habits that will benefit their inner self. We talk yoga, toxic diet culture, journaling and being kind to yourself. I hope this episode leads you to your best, healthy and glowing self as well!

...To creating a sold out magazine! On the Way with Pure Nowhere
Kyla and Abby made the impossible come true when they created a magazine that would sell out before they knew it. This magazine features spectacular photography, moving articles and stories, and so much more. They did this all by themselves with the help of friends and the power of social media. Did I mention they live on opposite sides of the world? Kyla, a USC student, and Abby living in Australia worked together to create something magical - Pure Nowhere. They didn't just create a full print of 100+ page issue, but also threw the most spectacular events in their home countries. These events consist of musical performances put on by local bands, art exhibits and full-on themed costume parties. Even what they call their events will make you wonder what different dimension will these shows take you to, with names like "Heaven on Earth" , "Insomnia House" and "Art Prom." Once again, I would like to point out that they've only met ONCE. Their chemistry, team-work and soul-mate energy is still unmatched and I cannot wait for you to hear what they have to say about youth-culture, music, art and everything PURE NOWHERE!
On the Way to becoming a Thirst Project ambassador - Kristen De Guzman
In this episode, I have a chat with the beautiful Kristen De Guzman where she shares some amazing stories about the past few years of her young adult life and her dreams of the near future. Kristen is a recent college gradate with a passion for helping others which stemmed from her involvement with Thirst Project. At the age of 18, she was able to reach her goal of raising $12,000 for the charity. Later that year, she attended the Thirst Gala and went on stage to receive the Power of Youth Award. Kristen was able to take a trip to Swaziland and be a part of the project that provided the fresh water well for the people whose lives were being changed because of her. We talk about her path after high school from attending Berkley to why she transferred to her home state university. From getting praised by Alexis Ren to visiting the fresh water well she raised money for in Swaziland, Kristen is nothing short of a hardworking, and passionate successful young woman. She reminded me of the power of youth and the power of passion. I know you guys will leave feeling inspired like never before.
