RAB Episode 38 - Catching Up With Fierce Females
Episode 38 focuses on catching up with past guests and contributors to hear about their running adventures from 2020. Melissa Simkins shares her experiences running the Baltimore Marathon virtually. Ashley Carr recounts her experiences setting two Fastest Known Time (FKT) records on the Appalachian Trail. Insung Kim details running the Grandma's Marathon virtually, completing the summer GRIT 300 mile challenge, and running her first ultramarathon in person, the historic JFK 50 miler. In another segment from the vault, mental performance specialist Shannon Mulcahy shares some tips in the Strong Mind, Stronger Runner segment. A new contributor, physical therapist Dr. Rozalyn Moore shares some training tips for new runners and those getting back into the running habit.
RAB Episode 37 - The UltraDaves
Episode 37 includes race reports from the 2020 US Olympic Trials Marathon and the Blades 20 Miler. It also includes the Coach’s Corner segment with Coach Buddy Weber. Our feature interview is with ultrarunners Dave Seel and Dave Kadis, known collectively as the UltraDaves. This conversation highlights the power of running to bring people together and to help them to achieve greater personal fulfillment.
RAB Episode 36 - Nut Hall
Episode 36 is a special episode, the first in a series called Legends of Baltimore Running, featuring an interview with Nut Hall of the Baltimore Road Runners Club. Nut's career in the Baltimore running community goes back to the 70s as a runner and continues today primarily as a race timer. He shares his running story and quite a bit of Baltimore running history as well.

Episode 35 is a special episode that features an interview legendary marathon and ultramarathoner Michael Wardian.
RAB Episode 34 - Christine Cherry
Episode 34 includes race reports from the Atlanta Half Marathon, the Seneca Creek Greenway Marathon, and the Zydeco Marathon. It also includes the return of the Coach’s Corner segment with Coach Buddy Weber and introduces the new Strong Mind, Stronger Runner segment with mental performance specialist Shannon Mulcahy. Our feature interview is with Christine Cherry. Christine is a former collegiate runner who made significant gains in 2019 after a few years away from the sport. However, a setback in early 2020 has her focused on improving her overall health…and hopes to help other runners by sharing information that could help them be healthier also.
RAB Episode 33 - Rob Santoni
Episode 33 includes race reports from the Gasparilla Distance Classic 5K and the Maryland RRCA Club Challenge 10 Miler. We also preview the race calendar for April 2020, speak with the race director of the new Naptown Run in May, chat with Dr. Annie Neurohr about teaching a running clinic in India, share a destination running route in New York City, and feature an interview with Rob Santoni. Rob gave up running during his young adult years to focus on family and career, but his return to the sport has him focused at age 52 on trying to achieve a goal that would be impressive at any age: breaking 3 hours in the Boston Marathon.

Episode 32 features race reports from the BRRC GPS 8 Miler, Super Bowl Trail Race, Algonquin 50K, and Cupid's Crush 5 Miler. Bob Hilson from the Baltimore Pacemakers shares information on the Maryland Half Marathon and 5K in late May and information about new training videos available each week before this year's race. Our feature interview is with Ryan McGrath, a veteran of the local endurance racing scene who shares stories from his 2+ decades as a runner, multi-sport athlete, and organizer of events.
RAB Episode 31 - Insung Kim
Episode 31 features race reports from the PHUNT 25K, Eternal Winter 6-Hour Run, the Louisiana Half Marathon, and the Gin Riot, a preview of the Enoch Pratt Free Library Runs with BRRC, previews of race in March 2020, a Destination Run in Annapolis, and an interview with Insung Kim. Insung was just ramping up her running in 2019 when she faced the greatest challenge of her life. Instead of stepping back from running, she used it as a key part of her big comeback.
