Jamie and I just adore Sarah, and LOVE what she is doing what she is all about.  We met Sarah in Kamloops when her and the other frontline nurses were on tour two years ago. Sarah is a force to be reckoned with and has done her inner-work and has gotten through so many obstacles in her life (abusive relationships, Fibromyalgia, Mental health issues and more) but refuses to just sit back and watch evil take over! She is the real deal and is ‘lighting up dark corners’ all over the place and making a difference in so many people’s lives!

Thank you for being here for another episode! We had the pleasure of having Dr. Clayton Bostock on in this episode, he is a local Naturopathic Doctor out here in the Kamloops area. In this episode we broke down the medical system, how it’s failing the people and what the benefits of naturopathic medicine is. Dr. Bostock's approach is great as he will meet you where you are at! Some people are hesitant to seek out help from a naturopathic doctor because they are unaware of what that doctor can do for their health and maybe “Leary” if you will because they have heard rumours of what a naturopathic Doctor does. Well, if you know anyone that is worried because a ND might be too “woo woo” or too “hippie” Dr. Bostock is your guy as he will meet a patient at where they are at in with their health and or journey! Not to say he only helps people newer to naturopathic medicine, he helps many individuals wherever they are!  

We talked about the overload of toxins that is around us on the daily and something that we can do to combat those, whether it be from our cleaning products, to our skincare and makeup, to our pots and pan! When we know better we can do better! We also talked a little about head trauma and what he doest to help people heal from head injuries and how the injury can affect our hormones!

Khalil is a truly amazing soul spreading some great awareness about what our bodies need to heal and detox! He is a health coach and certified detox specialist. He himself has done tremendous healing and overcame massive roadblocks that life threw at him from birth. He was told he wouldn't be able to function optimally and proved the doctors wrong. He took the life he was given and transformed himself into this amazing human and refused to play the victim roll! 

In this episode we were all over the place, we talked about healing and detoxing, EMF protection, red light therapy, breath-work, being a new Dad, how to break free from the system and how to live optimally!

In this episode we were so lucky to get to talk to Amy Lenius from the evolution of Mom podcast. Amy is truly a vibrant and beautiful woman from the inside out. Unfortunatly for her she has been through her share of ups and down with her own health but the world is now lucky to have her as a voice and Amy is using her story to help and empower and educate other woman to take control of their own health.  

Amy is a multi passionate entrepreneur who loves to talk on all things women's health! In today’s episode we go over a hard topic to talk about, one that is “too much" for many to even listen to without cancelling the speaker. I have been over thinking of how I wanted to do this intro and the little voice in my head said clearly, keep it simple. So that is what I will I do.

Gender Ideology is the topic at hand, a heavy topic but we had the honour of having a very well educated and well-spoken guest on, Chris Elston, also know as Billboard Chris. Chris is a Father, a husband and a man on a mission with courage and strength to stand up and say, ‘this is not right’. Chris goes into detail about how he got to be doing what he is doing in this episode. He has been threatened, “Cancelled," beaten up and mobbed, but nothing is stopping him. He is a great example of what just one man can to do to make a difference as so many of us sit back and think, ‘well I am just one person,' so we do nothing. He’s a boots to the ground type of guy and helping educate many people on what is going on in schools and on social media to persuade and potentially confuse our youth.

Chris has definitely been making waves lately as he has been on ‘Real talk with Zuby’ and The Max Bernier Show. So we're very honoured when he was able to come on our show too!

We have met some incredible freedom fighters that are not willing to back down, this is the hill for many of us that we are going to fight for or die trying.

This woman is a wealth of information about  Canadian rights and what it is as Canadians we should be doing at the lower levels of government to get things moving.

Johnathan is such a great guy, with a ton of knowledge about health, and about what is happing in the world today. We had some amazing conversation with him about healing and what he had done to heal his gut, we also went down some dark rabbit holes and talked about the darkness of Hollywood and the music industry, Johnathan being in the music industry and living in the belly of the beast down in LA, he had some great in-site on that and why its important to steer clear.

How do I introduce this amazing lady and give her justice? If you know who Dee Hicks is you are luckier because you do! We had the absolute pleasure to talk to Dee in this episode and we left the conversation feeling more full of life than before. Dee is a WARRIOR momma, and she ain't gotta put up with any sh!t! She has a heart of gold and like myself was brought here to expose the corruption of various 3 letter organizations if you know what I mean...

Dee's title is, Explant Liaison. She works for a surgeon down in Florida helping women who are suffering from breast implant illness (BII) explant their toxic tits. Dee knows first hand what it is like to be a victim of breast implant illness because she was one of the woman that thought she was dying but was told "it's all in your head". BII is getting a lot more attention these days because bigger names like Mel Robins and Clare Crawley from the batchlorette to name a few, started speaking out about the illness and talking about their journey. Not that long ago BII was completely ignored and scoffed at by the medical system and main stream media. As Dee told us, women that thought their breasts were making them sick were referred to as "nuts and sluts", nuts because their illness was all in their head and sluts because they got implants. Let that sink in for a second. So Dee had her implants removed and got her health back. Dee is now Momma Dee to many women around the world. If you follow her on IG you will know right away why!

We don't only talk about BII in this episode although it's the major topic, we do cover many of the current events and how an organization (f D @) that is supposed to be protecting us from toxins are knowingly approving them. We chat about family and politics and what our duty is as humans to live. We talk about what is important to us and how the last 2 years have really made that clearer!

Thank you for being here again, joining us on this journey. In today's episode it's just Jamie and myself and we get into it. We also chat about healing and I (Brittany) go into some details about how I healed from some childhood trauma of being sexually abused. It took me years to acknowledge the abuse and I even blocked it out for a very long time until I was confronted about it by a teacher in high school. Sexual abuse happens to 1 in 10 children by the time they are 18 and 60% of the victims NEVER TELL ANYONE. That was going to be me too, I was going to take this information to the grave with me. I didn't want to burden anyone or upset the apple cart, so I stayed silent, until I could no longer stay silent anymore. It was literally eating me alive and making me sick. I believe I was brought here to break cycles and I was definitely brought here to stand up to injustices. What more is unjust than harming a child and taking their innocence away? Not much, I don't think. What I am really noticing right now is that if we are not truthful with ourselves about and our life and how we heal our past trauma, we can not be truthful with what is happening in our outer world either.  What is happening on a grand scale with this whole pandemic and what our government bodies are doing is very similar to what an abuser does to their victims, we talk about that in this episode too. 

My hope for this episode is for other victims of abuse is to start talking about it. Talking about it really cathartic, even if you just talk to yourself while you're driving in your car alone, then talk to a friend, or call a counsellor. You are not alone and what happened to you was real. I always think about healing and how it's not only for me, but for my children and the generations to come. 

I don't want to give too much more away so I will leave at this. I hope you enjoy the podcast and we really hope you go inward and ask yourself the question, what do I need to heal? Face your feelings and invite the uncomfortableness as the only way out is through.

We were so inspired by this episode we got to do with Sarah. She is a warrior and leading the way forward for a paradigm shift in the health and mental health systems. Sarah is a survivor of abuse herself and she has done a ton of healing to break out of the shackles that kept her quiet for so many years. Sarah was a care home nurse when the pandemic first started and she could tell right away that it was a lie that the government wanted to protect the elderly, because she saw first hand how the elderly were treated and what they were fed, and it wasn't anything to keep them healthy and well. 

Sarah is a mental health advocate and is speaking up and out for all of those that have lost their voices. This episode was so inspiring for Jamie and myself and we really loved what she was saying when she was talking about what her and many others are working together to create. Communities are so important and now is the time to create your communities, find your people, network, and come together. Sure not everyone is going to think and see things the way we do, but find your people and start creating and start building a community of like minded people who are willing to help each other out and build a new future together.

We had the absolute honour of having the beautiful and talented Amy on our podcast. Amy radiates beauty from the inside out and is full of compassion and empathy. Amy is doing something very beautiful while bringing awareness to the downside of the new cov!d jab. Amy started a page on instagram and has been painting portraits of people who have either died from or been injured from the jab. Not only are Amy's portraits beautiful, they are representing something so much more. These beautiful people that are represented on her page thought they were making the right decision and the best decision for themselves and their loved ones and it cost them their lives.

 Amy, your work is spectacular. Thank you for doing this for not only the victims but for everyone who is feeling the loss of what this jab is bringing. We love you Amy!

It's been a couple of weeks since we had a new episode. We have been enjoying the last part of summer, camping, visiting family and on the move! BUTTTT, today we got the absolute pleasure of recording our 20th episode with an AMAZING woman who is fighting the fight of our life right now! We had Kristen Nagle on from the Canadian Frontline nurses and man oh man, I tell you this lady is inspirational beyond words! Kristen was right in the belly of the beast working in health care here in Canada and ended up losing her job because she started speaking out on what she was seeing. 

Kristen is a Mom, a wife, a Canadian patriot and a freedom fighter! This woman has been through a lot and is fighting for you and I. She was able to see past the mainstream narrative and has been a voice for the voiceless, especially to those in health care that feel they cannot speak up for risk of losing their job! 

In this episode we talked about the recent rally that took place all across our nation, how the media spun the story and inverted the truth. We talked about how Kristen was able to wake up to the lies and corruption of the medical and pharmaceutical industry and what she learned in school to become a nurse. We talked about nutrition and the Germ theory VS. the Terrain Theory, Germanic New medicine and so much more! 

Jamie and I feel beyond blessed to have been able to speak with Kristen and are just in awe of the work she is doing!

It’s been a few weeks since we had a podcast out for you all. We have been super busy with summer, and having family out, going to freedom rally’s, being in our garden and having some fun too! We do have some great guests lined up, so please stay tuned!!

On today’s episode we had an amazing lady out of Kamloops come on. We got political!! Corally Delwo graced us with her presence. If you haven’t heard of her, look her up! She is an inspiration to us for sure, and guess what, she is just like us, a normal person without an agenda! She is a warrior Momma and a freedom fighter. Corally is a very hard working woman, she is an entrepreneur, a wife, a mother, and a grandmother that is trying to make sure every family has a positive and hopeful future! Corally is running for the the People’s party of Canada at a local level in Kamloops.

On this episode we talked about how Corally started getting involved politically and what she’s doing to fight for our freedoms. We talked about the People’s party of Canada and what they are all about, which is freedom fighting, freedom of speech, freedom of autonomy, and how they want to balance the budget in 2 years.

Thanks for joining in again!! We really appreciate you for being here on this journey with us!  We are little late getting this out this time around as we had house guests and then fathers day was this past weekend so our life was a tad busy! Good, but busy!! 

So our guest today was Dr. Alex Lee. It was awesome to have him. We talked about current events, the Vaxx passport and what we can do to resist it, his move to Florida and so much more. Dr. Alex Lee is a chiropractor with a wealth of knowledge in healing, we even talked about how he healed his body after a sports injury he had in college. He is a health freedom activist that started a non profit organization called The Passport Résistance where their goal is to thwart division and segregation on the basis of vaccination status. 

Dr. Alex Lee is really just an all around cool guy that just so happens to know how to heal the body naturally! We are really so grateful he was able to join us on the podcast!
